is seeking an experienced
Director of Plant Operations

The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the day to day management of and oversight of all facilities, grounds and security as well as capital improvement projects throughout the community. The position is accountable for the coordination and supervision of plant operations, security services, environmental services and grounds maintenance as well as external contractors engaged to build, repair, renovate or modernize existing facilities. The position works in concert with all other departments to ensure for schedule and finish compliance. High standards for customer service with an emphasis on resident and employee satisfaction is required. Also assists the executive director in the formulation and execution of annualized expense and capital budgets and programs.

Qualified applicants shall possess 3-5 years’ management experience with a minimum of 2 years in commercial or healthcare environments and a BA/BS in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent healthcare experience. Applicants shall possess a thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing carpentry and life safety systems.
