Grayson Leigh Riddick and James Christopher Moore were united in marriage on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at five o’clock in the evening under the gazebo on the grounds of the Rock Springs Center in Greenville, NC. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Terry McInnis. The bride was escorted by her father. A dinner reception was held following the ceremony at the Rock Springs Center.
The bride is the daughter of Francis Stephen Riddick and Donna Barnhill Riddick of Greenville, NC. She is the granddaughter of Nannette Barnhill Creech, the late Jesse Creech, the late Robert Barnhill, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roger Benjamin Riddick all of Greenville, NC. The groom is the son of Carolyn Beets Moore and the late Bradley Rodgers Moore of Greenville, NC. He is the grandson of the late Dr. Earl Ray Beets and Georgia Bible Beets of Milledgeville, GA, and Miriam Brown Moore and the late William Hunter Moore of Statesboro, GA.
Ashli Riddick Clark, sister of the bride of Winterville, NC served as Matron of Honor. Martha Elizabeth Riddick, sister of the bride, of Greenville, NC served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Megan Garner Hardee of Greenville, NC, Megan Hannon and Jessica Sullivan DiGiovanni of Charlotte, NC, and Katie Henderson of Ayden, NC. Miss Stuart Harrell of Fayetteville, NC was the flower girl.
Peter Ganzert of Kingston, TN served as best man. Groomsmen included David Forbes, Steven Jacobs, and Will Harrawood of Winterville, NC, Hank Harrawood of Belmont, NC and Michael Flye of Knightdale, NC. Ushers included Patrick Clark of Winterville, NC, Todd Ange and Josh Webb of Greenville, NC, and James Mills of Washington, NC.
The bride graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and is employed by Vidant Medical Center. The groom graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and is employed by R.L.T. and Associates of Fuquay Varina, NC.
After a honeymoon trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Greenville, NC.
