The message from Bailey’s in the Christmas Day paper about Jesus was beautiful, wonderful and much needed. Thank you, Bailey’s. God bless.
I am so over Comey, Hillary texts, Russian intervention of elections. Quit spending my tax money on investigations. Less government means less taxes. Government giving my tax money to everyone, I'm done! Going to Figi!
Could someone please explain the meaning and significance of the Confederate flag? I am very confused, as being a transplant I view iy as a sign of hatred and oppression. If someone has a different take on it, please explain it. I don’t know why people want to fly it.
Bless your heart to the city of Greenville and police department. You tell people to stay off the roads during the snow storm and the days after; however, the businesses are allowed to stay open so people who are home go out to these places. If the roads are safe enough for store employees to go to work, then they are safe enough for people to go out shopping and kids should go to school.
It is off to the collection point for cardboard recycling. Most all of our gifts came online and I have a whole truckload of cardboard that has been broken down. No way I could have got all those boxes in the recycling container. It must be the new way of the world. Your gifts come into this world in a cardboard box and hopefully the box gets recycled.
Referring to the gentleman or lady that commented about the tone deaf car commercial guys singing. ...That’s the only commercial that my wife and I do not block off or mute. We thoroughly enjoy that commercial.
I think if I hear, “Where’s my mug?” one more time, I am going to vomit.
BYH to those businesses and homeowners who couldn't be bothered to shovel the snow off of the sidewalks in front of their locations. You're responsible for keeping them safe and clear by town law. If you expect our support for your business, take some pride in it and shovel the snow.
Bless his heart to Dr. Bauer at White Eye Associates in Greenville. This special doctor operated on my elderly mother, and then actually walked her frail body to the car. What doctor does anything like this anymore? I was so impressed! Thank you.
It would be nice if we could get the state of N.C. to do something like like the state of S.C. has done for their veterans. All veterans honorably discharged with a DD-214 receive two license plates to any of their two vehicles. Have a good year!
BYH, Irene Cannon, for the photos that you share with The Daily Reflector readers. We look forward to them and we thank you.
I am heartened to see that the City of Greenville has the largest snow removal machine in the world — the sun! Thank God!
