BYH to the one who thinks that we are energy independent because of this president. The initiatives you speak of began...

Feb. 28 Bless Your Heart

So Trump wants to arm teachers and said even if he didn't have a weapon he would have run into that school to save the children. Let's make it sporting. Let’s send him into a building with a pistol to face down an AR15 to show us how it's done, as an example for those teachers he wants to arm. Bless his heart.

BYH handguns against an assault rifle. I remember a Senate baseball practice in D.C. where handguns put down The GOP senator shooter.

BYH to banning smoking in town parks. Better off banning parks. Radon gas is present in all of the earth’s first six inches of soil. At this time it's a major contributer to lung cancer.

BYH party line drones on both sides of the aisle. What this nation needs is a third party. Oh yeah, and term limits.

Methinks that Donald Trump's health care plan is to make everything so bad that we lose our will to live and don't seek medical treatment

BYH Greenville police chief, stop with the grandstanding, props, theater background, news conferences. Could you, yourself, be enticing a copycatter? A statement will suffice!

Bless your heart to the Pitt County School Board for even thinking cameras on a school bus is more important then the safety of our kids in school. That's where the protection is needed. Quit playing politics with our kids’ lives. We need all new school board members.

You may not have liked him or maybe you do, but he had some really good quotes. Ronald Reagan: "Some people wonder all their lives if they've made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem."

BYH I thought I was watching the Honda Golf Classic but it turned out to be the Tiger Woods Show. Dozens of great golfers, but we were forced to watch every shot he hit. I rather enjoyed the two years he was not on tour.

BYH to UNC-TV for another month of begging. You want people to make a donation to public TV, but you disrupt your programs with four months of begging every year and another five months of endless reruns.

Bless your heart, ECU Foundation. Have you considered contacting Chip and Joanna Gaines to redo the Chancellor's home on Fifth Street? Maybe even the Property Brothers? I bet they all could trim big bucks off the incredible 3.5 million estimate to expand and remodel. Think about it! You could also allow them to film the daily progress for HGTV and get some good national publicity in the process.

This country has too many people with no morals, that can't tell right from wrong and a generation of too many parents that are not doing their job. Unless this changes we will not see any changes for the better.

Bless our fearful hearts, we are just eat up with guns!
