BYH to Rapid Re-Housing, a program to assist individuals with security deposits and first month's rent when qualified under HUD guidelines. RRH should eliminate the gray area of credit/application approval. In other words they want a second chance and need housing placement, not a credit check.
BYH, if not your intellect, to the person in BYH who made the comment about churches. You said they are on the right track if they are community orientated but harboring glory if they do it for themselves. Did you read the article before you commented? Evidently not. Before you offer your wisdom, why don't you do something besides criticize?
No BYH to the PGV (Greenville Airport) Airline Service Symposium — at the Hilton no less (our tax dollars at work) — at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m, then the next day at 8 a.m. The working people cannot make arrangements to attend. The airport is a nice looking, just not functional at times.
Congratulations Oakwood boys for winning the 1A State Championship in tennis. So proud of these boys and The Oakwood School!
Why doesn't Mr. Dacey get his buddy Donald to help him pick up his campaign signs all around town? It will give them both something to keep them busy.
No BYH to these teachers. You work eight months in a year (three months off for summer, two weeks at Christmas, three days at Thanksgiving, spring break week, plus other days) and earn an average of $50,000 a year. Where do I sign up at?
Bless your heart to the royal wedding. Next Tyler Perry movie, "Madea goes to the Royal Wedding.” I would watch that movie all morning. Or did I already?
With still thousands of drivers running red lights at just five intersections, why can't we get law enforcement actually enforcing the laws and give real tickets to these criminals? They continue to pay a minor civil penalty instead of losing their licenses or raising their fair share of our insurance rates. Add more cameras, enforce the existing laws, and remove these dangerous drivers from our roads, BYH.
Bless your heart to the writers going after Bill Clark Homes for doing their job — building homes. How about the fact that Bill Clark has given back millions of dollars to our community and continues to give back to the community he lives. Thank you Bill Clark for all that you do for our community.
So excited about the new concert series down at the Town Common. I had so much fun two weeks ago watching the Embers and I cannot wait for the next one. Greenville continues to grow and the entertainment is finally growing with it.
BYH, love needs constant nourishment. Hate feeds on itself.
