BYH, first they came for the immigrants, refugees and migrants, but I did not speak up because I was none of those. Then they came after the homosexuals, women, Muslims and veterans, and I was silent for I was none of those things. Then they came for the journalists, we have no record of what happened after that.
BYH, your karma will be based on your intentions as well as your actions. Karma is often mistaken for God's vengeance.
I just learned that NCDOT will be putting in bike lanes on the new 10th St overpass from Evans St. all the way to the hospital. What a wonderful and great way to almost connect the two parts of ECU's campus and promote healthier ways of getting across town. BYH to the city of Greenville for failing to finish the connection to downtown and ending the lanes at Evans Street, forcing it to become a dangerous interaction intersection.
BYH to the person complaining about City of Greenville administrators in regard to Evans Street and the 10th Street Connector. I share your frustration, but NCDOT is the responsible party, so don't blame the city!
BYH to the taxpayers who fund the planners who decided to put more embarrassing "poles" in the road to direct traffic. Has anyone ever seen these tinker toys in other cities? I never have, and it is a true refection of the intelligence of those responsible.
The global warming cartel now says that all the cold weather in the United States is a result of the earth getting hotter. I think it has something to do with a thermos bottle knowing that you want to keep soup hot and iced tea cold.
One NASA scientist says a mini ice age may be on the way. And Al Gore said that we would already be catching bluefin tuna in Times Square by now. So I guess we will be doing ice fishing in Times Square as well. My pet dinosaur is worried sick.
BYH to the person who put up the Christmas Trees in Rehab. Nobody wants to see those. It is not even Thanksgiving, yet. Stop ruining the holidays for everybody. It is not even December.
BYH to the parents of the criminals whose mug shots we see in the Reflector. I can't help wondering how many were wanted, loved and cared for as children? It's up to parents to teach values and raise decent human beings. If you can't do that, there's a simple solution: don't have kids!
Bless my heart, as a business owner for the past seven years this is the best year I have had since we opened the doors back in 2011. Greenville has been great to my family and my business is thriving now more than ever.
Bless the heart of the person that found and left my ATM card at the Winterville Food Lion ATM. You made this old man's day.
BYH, I see God in everything. Count your blessings, don't wallow in your troubles.
