BYH, I came home and my cat had written a poem! It went: Feed me. Don't touch me. The end.
BYH to Voltaire, who said “Those who make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
To he or she writing about cellphone telemarketer calls. I think it falls under the principle that it rains on the just as well as the unjust. The only sure way to get rid of cell telemarketer calls is to leave your phone in the rain. These calls are just another angst leading us to the early grave.
To the BYHer asking for help with phone telemarketers: for cellphone, try "Hiya" app for either Android or iPhone. It's free and no ads. There's also "TrueCaller" (free). Try multiple apps at same time. For landline, there's only specific number rejection. Be sure your number is on the government Do-Not-Call list!
BYH, Trump keeps saying “no collusion,” but he never said there was no bank fraud, insurance fraud, conspiracy, abuse of power or obstruction of justice.
BYH, Daily Reflector. I don't understand why you choose to print BYH's that make fun of the seriousness of storm water and flooding. People in Greenville have lost their lives and homes to floodwaters, and it's painful for those of us who experienced that or know of others that have for this to be made into a joke.
I would like to see Allen Thomas go to Congress. The become Governor when Gov. Roy Cooper steps down. He is a man for all seasons.
Bless your heart for the Mueller investigation. After two years of looking, you have discovered no evidence of Russian interference in the election. You have spent millions of taxpayer dollars finding a handful of tax crooks and liars. With this level of investigation, you could likely find as may members of Congress guilty of the same crimes.
Bless your heart to the DOT and the City of Greenville for all your work on the 19th Street connector. I am hoping that my grandchildren or great grandchildren will see this marvel of engineering and road construction efficiency actually being used. After overcoming many difficult engineering and construction obstacles, this project may actually be included in the records as a modern day marvel.
BYH to the naming of the new bridge in the outer banks after Democrat Marc Basnight. Like the previous Democrat-named Herbert Bonner bridge, it will fall apart just like their party.
BYH to perennial candidate for office Ernest Reaves! How much money has he blown in filing fees over the years?
BYH, Winterville. Before you build a greenway, fix the broken and collapsing drainage on Stillwater drive! Surely water seeping up out of the street for days after a rain should take precedent?
