I asked my doctor why I had no energy. Then he explained how he had no energy and explained his problems to me rather than addressing my issues. If I had the energy I would change doctors.
BYH, oh so you like chemistry jokes, eh? What do they do with chemists when they die? They BARIUM.
LOL. Keep ’em coming.
BYH to Mark Twain, who said: “No amount of evidence will ever persuade an idiot.”
BYH Hurricane Dorian! Please have mercy on us. The city council sure didn't with some of their rezoning votes that make flooding worse.
Do you think we could start a liberal museum in the city? We could highlight all the expensive and ineffective ideas that have been brought up to address issues that never existed. Could be a big moneymaker like Al Gore's, An Inconvenient Truth.
So it is the day after and we either won or lost the ECU football game and we either made money or went further in the hole. So what it is? Are the students facing another student athletic fee rate hike? Should we get a flu shot this year? Lot of important questions to be answered.
BYH are you as tired of spam calls as me? Try this. Look at the number ID on your phone, and if you don't recognize it or it is one of those fundraisers that constantly pester you, answer the phone and mute it. Sometimes this holds up their line.
It seems that Winterville would rather boast about having one of the biggest fund balances in North Carolina than build a strong, full-time police department. As long as the Pitt County sheriff provides free services after 5 p.m. and weekends, do you think they care? Wake up Winterville, your safety and protection is in jeopardy.
BYH, sour grapes make a good whine.
BYH, the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 was enacted by President Bush but had a rigorous application process and many that were eligible did not apply. President Trump automatically forgave student debt to disabled vets. Thanks for not stating all the facts and being smug for no reason.
Reading so many BYHs that beg the city to do something about speeders and knowing the stats prove how dangerous Greenville driving is, I just can't understand why so little is being done. The major city roads are race tracks. Why don't we see more police enforcing speed limits?
In his sermon, the preacher was going on about wine and how "In the end it bites like a serpent and stings like an adder." As I was shaking his hand I whispered that he might need to start buying his wine off the top shelf. "That cheap wine will mess your head up."
