Bless your heart ECU for focusing on purple and forgetting about the gold. In the fight song, we pledge our loyalty to the purple AND the gold!
Ummm ... this weekend is Paint it Gold weekend at ECU. The university is encouraging everyone to wear gold. Go Pirates!
In the spirit of bi-partisanship, I will vote for any candidate who will either publicize the home phone numbers of all telemarketers and robo-call operators OR make it legal to hunt or trap them.
Well, it was summertime, summertime, summertime. Now it is falltime, falltime, falltime. Or is it gametime, gametime, gametime. Bless our ears.
BYH, so Trump just told us that we might go to war for Saudi Arabia because they pay cash.
What do you say about all this stormwater talk? I can see Mayor Connelly standing in the middle of the uptown parting the stormwater seas to save the city from the inundation.
It is nice to see our mayor around town and attending many of the local events happening in the city. He seems like a very nice man and seems to truly care about the citizens.
I figured the person writing the gushy BYHs about the mayor IS the mayor.
As a 45 year resident of Greenville, can we please shut down those dumpy bars downtown? These rat infested establishments are havens for crime and I am tired of spending my tax dollars to support a bunch of drunks.
BYH to the poetry copier. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
BYH to Abe Lincoln who said, “The people are the rightful masters of the Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it."
BYH to Rep. Nadler and all Dems pushing to impeach DJT and Brett Kavanaugh. A wise pundit (not me) said the GOPers are working to win in 2020 and the Dems are working to win the 2016 election. The Dems are not capable of realizing their efforts to undo the past ensures a DJT victory next year.
BYH, the reason most people end up in prison is because they commit crimes. There isn't enough tax money on God's green earth that can fix the perpetually stupid.
Perhaps if most drivers were a tiny bit more patient and a little more considerate, we wouldn't see at least one incident per day in Greenville.
We’d be doing good if it were just one.
BYH local TV stations, but is there anyway you can reduce the length of weather reports? You don't need that much airtime to say "Continued hot and humid." And how many listeners really care which way the wind is blowing in Cove City? Replace the repetitive "banter" with restaurant and movie reviews, human interest stories, recognizing community leaders, civic info, more sports ... and the list goes on.
