A teenager was shot in the foot while in a moving vehicle on Tuesday night, according to Greenville police.

Police said the incident occurred between 11:45 p.m. and midnight.

There is no exact address of the shooting as 18-year-old Zymonte Gaynor was in a moving vehicle at the intersection of Burrington and Hooker roads, police said.

Gaynor was shot in the foot with non-life threatening injuries.

It appears law enforcement was notified upon the victim's arrival at Vidant Medical Center.

The incident remains under investigation by Greenville Police Department Major Crimes Unit detectives.

210 S.W. Greenville Blvd., 6-6:16 p.m. April 19: two packs of five boxers and two packs of Gildan underwear all valued at $42.80 stolen from Walmart and recovered; arrest made.

3000 block Evans Street, 5:16-5:23 p.m. April 19: green womens’ dress valued at $24.99 stolen and recovered; case cleared.

4600 E. 10th St., 3:03 p.m. April 19: 14 miscellaneous housewares items all valued at $51.67 stolen from Walmart; case cleared.

1000 block Hop Tyson Road, 1:30-1:48 p.m. April 19: side ground window climbed through at residence by acquaintance; investigation ongoing.

200 block Southwest Greenville Boulevard, 2:48 p.m. April 18: eight miscellaneous housewares items all valued at $74.87 stolen; arrest made.

Merry Lane, 9:30-10:04 p.m. April 19: 26-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; extent of injuries not reported; offender also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; arrest made.

400 block Nash Street, 6-10 p.m. April 19: 17-year-old man assaulted; extent of injuries not reported; case inactive.

400 block Nash Street, 4:30-4:59 p.m. April 19: 51-year-old woman assaulted; extent of injuries not reported; victim refused to cooperate.

2000 block East 10th Street, 1:30-1:47 p.m. April 19: 19-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; extent of injuries not reported; investigation ongoing.

Hudson Street, 12:50-12:58 p.m. April 19: 31-year-old man assaulted; extent of injuries not reported; investigation ongoing.

300 block Hudson Street, 8-9:27 p.m. April 18: 54-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; extent of injuries not reported; victim refused to cooperate.

Damage

1000 block Cross Creek Circle; 2-9:22 a.m. April 19: black 2007 Dodge Charger sustained $15,000 damage; investigation ongoing.

600 block Glen Dale Drive, 3:10 p.m. April 9-10:41 a.m. April 14: white metal garage doors sustained $500 damage; investigation ongoing.
