Someone stole a couch, electric fireplace, bed frame, dresser and nightstand, among other items, from a Hudson Street home, according to a Greenville Police Department case report.

The theft was reported last month at a home in the 600 block of Hudson Street, the report indicates. A three-seater black leather couch, small area heater, round 30-inch commercial fan, brown electric fireplace with black grill, electric hedge trimmers, platform bed frame, cherry wood dresser and a nightstand all were stolen.

The items, all valued at $925, reportedly were stolen between 2 p.m. on April 17 and 11:49 a.m. on April 20 by a person known to the victims.

Warrants have been obtained in the case.

Break-ins, thefts

100 block Lakeview Trail, 8-10:57 a.m. May 17: rear door of home smashed; back door window broken; $100 in damages; 51-inch Samsung flat screen television and PlayStation 4 valued at $1600 stolen; investigation ongoing.

1900 block East Fourth Street, 3-7 p.m. May 5: gray and black Apple Watch Series 2 valued at $400 stolen from home; investigation ongoing.

200 block Rollins Drive, 5-5:11 a.m. May 14: woman’s vehicle broken into by ex-boyfriend; nothing reported stolen; investigation ongoing.

4100 block East 10th Street, 2:15-2:25 p.m. May 13: bouquet of assorted-color flowers valued at $20 stolen from memorial park; investigation ongoing.

200 block Tuckahoe Drive, 6:20-6:30 p.m. May 8: rear ground window entered without force; Wells Fargo, BB&T and other credit cards, two checkbooks, brown wallet with driver’s license and iPad and iPad mini, all valued at $760, stolen and recovered; 17-year-old boy arrested and charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering and possession of stolen goods/property.

2830 Gateway Drive, 1:10-1:20 p.m. May 15: assorted food items valued at $15.31 stolen from Wal-Mart and recovered; case cleared by citation.

Assaults

100 block Kristin Drive, 1:40 a.m. May 18: 40-year-old woman assaulted at home by spouse; extent of injuries not reported; 32-year-old man assaulted at home by spouse; minor injuries reported; case inactive.

200 block Hudson Street, noon-12:24 p.m. May 17: 48-year-old woman assaulted at home with deadly weapon; minor injuries reported; case closed; victim refused to cooperate.

2500 block Saddleback Drive, near Winterville, 11:30-11:55 a.m. May 14: 23-year-old man and 22-year-old woman assaulted each other at home; extent of injuries not reported; case inactive; warrants obtained.

Damages

2800 block Cypress View Drive, 10:30-10:45 p.m. May 17: woman’s 2016 Nissan Sentra damaged by ex-boyfriend; arrest made.

1000 block Fleming Street, 6-7:57 p.m. May 17: bedroom window of home sustained $100 in damages; case closed; unfounded.

1500 block Pactolus Highway, 10:15-10:18 a.m. May 17: DeWalt drill valued at $50 stolen from home; arrest made.

3101 N. Memorial Drive, 11:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m. May 16: 12 bottles of Gatorade valued at $6 stolen from Wellcome Middle School employee; investigation ongoing.

3101 N. Memorial Drive, 5-7 p.m. May 16: two consumable food items valued at $15 stolen from Pitt County Schools employee at Wellcome Middle School; investigation ongoing.

4000 block Kings Crossroads Road, 1 p.m. April 30-1:20 p.m. May 17: 40-inch Toshiba television valued at $400 stolen from home; investigation ongoing.

1400 block Billy Loop, 8:30 a.m.-1:50 p.m. May 17: $80 cash and duffle bag, television and clothes valued at $1,250 stolen from home; investigation ongoing.

900 block Old Snow Hill Road/Hanrahan Road, near Ayden, 9:30 p.m. May 16: 20-year-old man assaulted along road by acquaintance; no injuries reported; investigation ongoing.

1300 block Carolyn Street, 10:40-10:45 p.m. May 17: 30-year-old woman assaulted by friend at friend’s home; no injuries reported; case closed; refusal to cooperate.
