Cops stuck on the roof till bike donation goal is met

Law enforcement officers from agencies across Greenville and Pitt County will be stuck on the roof on Dec. 8 and need your help to come down.

They don’t need a ladder, but they do need bicycles and a lot of them. The officers will remain on the roof at Toys R Us, 228 S.W. Greenville Blvd., on Friday, Dec. 8 till 100 bicycles are donated for Toys for Tots.

Toys for Tots collects toys and bicycles each year to distribute as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.
