A 38-year-old man was charged with driving while impaired after he drove off a curb while leaving a bar, according to a weekly review of Pitt County court records.

Harrison Edward Barkley, 38, of 4165 E. Church Street, Farmville drove off a curb leaving the Pour Haus Pub near Main Street and Church Street 2:34 a.m. on Jan. 14. He had red glassy eyes, an odor of alcohol on his breath and his blood alcohol level was 0.27 according to a collision report. His license was revoked and he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Eleven others also were charged with driving while impaired according to court and law enforcement reports available between Jan.10 and Jan.16.

■ Jeffrey Grier Burke, 34 of 4497 N.C. 43 South was stopped at 5:48 p.m. on Jan.9 near Charles Boulevard and Hyde Drive by the Greenville Police Department. He had red glassy eyes, was unsteady on his feet and collided with a stopped car that was stuck in traffic. His blood alcohol level was unavailable.

■ Kathleen Elaine Nichols, 61 of 1372 NC Hwy 11, Oak City was stopped at 11:15 p.m. on Jan.11 near Stantonsburg Road and South Campus loop at Vidant Medical Center by the Vidant Health Police Department. She was unsteady on her feet, had a strong odor of alcohol and drove the wrong way and crashed into another vehicle. Her blood alcohol level was 0.21

■ Michael Staples, 21 of 115 Bellamy Circle, was stopped at 3:14 a.m. on Jan.12 near Red Banks Road and Arlington Boulevard by the Greenville Police Department. He had red glassy eyes and had a strong odor of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was 0.14

■ Kron Tyquandre Artis, 23 of 1212 A Price Drive, was stopped at 2:36 a.m. on Jan.12 near East 10th Street and Wright Street by the Greenville Police Department. He had red glassy eyes, a strong odor of alcohol and was driving without headlights. His blood alcohol level was 0.15

■ Curtis Donnell Bridges, 55 of 2497 Railroad Street, Winterville was stopped at 10:30 p.m. on Jan.12 near Ange Street and Laurie Ellis Road by the Winterville Police Department. He had red glassy eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and had a strong odor of alcohol. He was also charged with failure to stop and for having no insurance.

■ William Scott Campbell, 53, of 2473 Penny Hill Road, was stopped at midnight on Jan.13 near Victor Court and Roosevelt Spain Road by the State Highway Patrol. He struck a vehicle parked at a residence nearby, was unsteady on his feet and had soiled clothing. He was also charged with hit and run, having an open container, speeding and for drug paraphernalia. His blood alcohol level was 0.21

■ Thomas Earl Ross,61 of 3630 NC Hwy 30, Stokes was stopped at 6:23 a.m. on Jan.13 near Second Street and West Avenue by the Ayden Police Department. He had slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet. He refused a blood alcohol test.

■ Pierre Raphael Harper, 31 of 308 Canterbury Road, Smithfield was stopped at 10:38 p.m. on Jan.13 on US 264 by the Highway Patrol. He was had red glassy eyes and slurred speech. His blood alcohol level was unavailable. He also was charged with having an expired registration, speeding and driving while license revoked.

■ Natasha Faye Locklear, 36 of 3900 Speight Seed Farm Road, Winterville was stopped at 10:36 p.m. on Jan.14 near US 13 and Bell Arthur Road by the Highway Patrol. She ran off the road and crashed, was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech and admitted to taking unknown medication. She refused a blood alcohol test. She was also charged with unsafe lane change, failure to maintain lane control, failure to reduce speed, driving while license revoked and felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.

■ Jodeci Miguel Bonner, 25 of 121 River Bluff Road was stopped at 12:38 p.m. Jan.14 near NC 33 and North Greene Street by the Highway Patrol. He was going 85 in a 55 mph zone, stumbled, had red glassy eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, was confused and couldnt find his license. His blood alcohol level was 0.09. He was also charged with speeding and driving while license revoked.

■ Francisco Ramirez Contreras, 29 of 315 Nelson Farm Road, Chocowinity was stopped at 4:37 p.m. Jan.14 near US 264 Alternate by the Highway Patrol. He had red glassy eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, admitted to drinking, and was following too closely. He was also charged with driving while license revoked and reckless driving. His blood alcohol level was 0.11
