The following people were indicted on felony charges on June 25, 2018, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records.

■ Nehemiah Christopher Austin, 21, 1834 Hop Tyson Road, attempted first-degree murder, assault with deadly weapon intent to kill inflicting serious injury and possession of firearm by felon for April 15 offenses.

■ Steve Douglas Barrington Jr., 37, 2205 Locksley Woods Drive, Apt. A, obtain property by false pretense and two counts misdemeanor larceny for May 3 offenses.

■ Malcolm Best, 29, 2815 Best Road, Apt. B, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana; manufacturing, selling and delivering a controlled substance near a public park; possess marijuana drug paraphernalia; resisting a public officer and assault on a female for April 30, 2016, offenses.

■ Nathan Wesley Boseman, 21, 1641 W. Hanrahan Road, Ayden, first-degree arson and murder for April 2 offenses.

■ Jason Lee Brewer, 35, 1649 Hoover St., common law robbery, assault inflicting serious bodily injury and habitual felon for Dec. 16 offenses.

■ Anterrio Leon Bright, 28, 4538 Kay Circle, habitual felon for Nov. 10, Nov. 5, Oct. 25 and Oct. 20, 2016, offenses; common law robbery, attempted common law robbery, first-degree burglary and second-degree kidnapping for Nov. 5, 2016, offenses; common law robbery for Oct. 25, 2016, offense; two counts of common law robbery for Oct. 20, 2016, offenses. 

■ Christian Caroline Brooks aka Christian Caroline Everett, 26, 1327 Carolyn Drive, obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny for April 16 offenses.

■ William Andrew Buck aka Willliam Andrew Buck, 35, 37 Barnes St., three counts felony larceny and three counts conspire to commit felony larceny for offenses between May 12-16; aid and abet larceny for Jan. 17, 2016, offense. 

■ Chadwick Earl Cherry, 40, 1000 Speight St., Tarboro, discharge firearm within enclosure to incite fear, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill for Feb. 23 offenses.

■ Herbert Lee Davis Jr., 32, 4299 U.S. 264, Scranton, two counts first-degree kidnapping and one count second-degree rape sex offense for offenses between March 26-27.

■ Arin Rah-Shaun Dunn, 26, 3501 Farmington Drive, Apt. 2442, Greensboro, breaking and/or entering and conspire to break/enter a building with the intent to commit a larceny for May 9 offenses.

■ Kamirah J. English, 21, 207 Manhattan Ave., felonious larceny for offense between Dec. 21, 2016, and Feb. 21, 2107.

■ Toris Durell Ellis, 27, 923 Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, felonious larceny for Jan. 29 offense.

■ Jordan Anthony Farr, 25, 1293 Park West Drive, Apt. 4, three counts felony larceny and three counts conspire to commit felony larceny for offenses between May 12-16.

■ Jerrell Brandon Foreman, 33, 108 Camelot Road, Hertford, possess marijuana paraphernalia, possess marijuana up to one-half ounce and carrying a concealed gun for Dec. 13 offenses.

■ Jeremy Devon Freeman, 28, 509 Dana Lane, Washington, two counts obtain property by false pretense for June 16, 2017, offenses

■ Alfred Earl Garris Jr., 57, 3548 Lonesome Pine Lane, nine counts possession of firearm by felon for April 15 offenses.

■ Carson Ray Goss Jr., 25, 102 Willow Drive, Williamston, felony possession of cocaine for Dec. 11, 2016, offenses.

■ Benjamin Brewer Ham aka Ben Brewer Ham, 18, 5112 Hartridge Way, Greensboro, obtain property by false pretense, breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods for offenses between Nov. 20-30. 

■ Baez Hardison, 25, 1205 Mumford Road, five counts of set fire to grassland/brush land/wood land for offenses between April 22 and May 3.

■ Meghan Gabrielle Eliza Hilbert, 26, 7396 Pitt St., Grimesland, financial card theft and financial transaction card fraud for offenses between Dec. 12-17.

■ John Michael Hunter, 41, 604 Griffin St., misdemeanor larceny for July 27 offense.

■ Precious Dnae Jackson, 26, 2309 S. Memorial Drive, Greenville Motel, larceny by employee for Dec. 7-13.

■ John Curtis Jenkins, 30, 122 N.C. 33 West, Chocowinity, felony stalking for June 7; assault by strangulation, assault on a female, assault on a child under 12, interfere with emergency communication, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree trespassing for Nov. 24 offenses.

■ Antonio Devontay Jones, 40, 3039 Lessie May Road, Farmville, conspiracy to deliver cocaine for Dec. 30, 2015, offense.

■ Christopher Jones, 45, 789 W. Second St., Ayden, insurance fraud and obtain property by false pretense for offenses between April 21, 2017-Aug. 1.

■ Melik Treyonte Lanier, 20, 715 Peter Grant Road, Snow Hill, possession of firearm by felon and first-degree burglary for May 23 offenses.

■ Darby Allen Lockamy, 23, 4496 Hayne Stretch Road, Roseboro, larceny of chose in action and identity theft for Sept. 26 offenses.

■ Clinton Terelle Lynch, 27, 608 Dana Lane, Rocky Mount, felonious breaking and entering to terrorize/injure, communicating threats, misdemeanor larceny and resisting a public officer for Aug. 20 offenses; felonious breaking or entering to terrorize/injure and assault on a female for Aug. 5 offenses.

■ Zhanazia Shymetrius Elixa Maye, 19, 1835 Rosemont Drive, Apt. 35, accessory after the fact for Oct. 17 offense.

■ Shanise Nyree Moncrieft, 37, 580 Carson Edwards Road, Ayden, assault on specified medical personnel and two counts simple assault for June 11, 2017.

■ Ernest Matthew Moore aka Ernis Matthew Moore aka Matthew Moore, 46, 302 E. Dudley St., breaking and/or entering, larceny after break/enter, conspire to break and enter a building with the intent to commit felony larceny and conspiracy to commit felony larceny for Jan. 13 offenses.

■ Cher Jeanene Nicholson aka Chery Nicholson Daugherty aka Cher Nicholson Daughety, 243 W. Washington St., Bethel, felony hit and run for offense between March 31 and April 1.

■ Joseph Daquan Pierce, 22, 1499 Jasper Road, possession of stolen firearm and resisting public officer and possess marijuana up to one-half ounce

■ Marcus Abraham Pellom, 32, 118 N. Meade St., Apt. A, first-degree burglary for April 15 offense.

■ Cody Christopher Perkins, 29, 1903-A Tripp Ave., fail to register as a sex offender for Feb. 22 offense.

■ Andrew Emmanuel Phillips, 20, 1902 Arlington Park Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possess with intent to sell a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance and possess marijuana paraphernalia for Feb. 9 offenses.

■ David Wayne Pope Jr., 34, 2332 Wakelon Road, Colerain, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon for Feb. 1 offenses; common law robbery, break or enter a motor vehicle and felony conspiracy for Jan. 31 offenses. 

■ Mario Powell, 32, 529 Hillcrest Ave., Winterville, two counts habitual misdemeanor assault, two counts assault by strangulation and one count misdemeanor child abuse for May 25 offenses.

■ Stacey Lynn Powell aka Stacey L. Powell aka Stacey Powell, 33, 1570 Portertown Road, aid and abet robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon for Feb. 1 offenses; felony conspiracy and misdemeanor possess stolen goods/property for Jan. 31 offenses. 

■ David Reed, 32, 142 W. Barbee St., Zebulon, possession of firearm by felon for Oct. 2, 2016, offense.

■ Jeffrey Jarrell Ruffin, 32, 924 Autumn Drive, felonious breaking or entering to terrorize, injury to real property, assault by strangulation, assault inflicting serious injury and assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present for July 22, 2016, offenses.

■ Wilbur Ruffin Jr., 48, 500 Verdant Drive, Apt. B-1, breaking and/or entering and four counts felonious breaking and entering a motor vehicle between March 20-25, 2010.

■ Isael Rasheim Savage, 23, 203 Cadillac St., traffick Schedule II controlled substance by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin for Aug. 27, 2015, offenses.

■ Noah Buccannon Stancil aka Noah Stancil, 48, 615 McKinley St., breaking and/or entering and larceny after break/enter for Jan. 13 offenses.

■ Tommie Earl Thompson III aka Tommie Earl Thompson, 28, 1327 Carolyn Drive, obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny for April 16 offenses.

■ Floyd Terry Thorpe Jr., 25, 3829 Raleigh Road, Henderson, murder for Dec. 7 offense.

■ Corey Donta Tyson, 41, 346 Haven Drive, Apt. X-8, two counts maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance for Jan. 4, 2016, and Dec. 30, 2015, offenses.

■ John Austin Vines, 18, 2922 Little Gem Circle, Winterville, embezzlement of funds by a public officer or trustee for Nov. 12 offenses.

■ Jamie Cole Wainwright aka Jamie Cole Wainright, 3345 N.C. 30, Stokes, assault causing physical injury to emergency personnel and two counts simple assault for May 21 offenses.

■ Curtis Daval Williams, 51, 1403 Westpoint Drive, Unit 8, possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin, possess a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possess controlled substances on prison/jail premises, possess marijuana up to one-half ounce, possess drug paraphernalia and possess marijuana paraphernalia for Aug. 20, 2016, offenses.

■ Feioqka Williams, 35, 611 Contentnea St., three counts habitual felon for March 3 and 24, 2016, and Feb. 18, 2016, offenses.

■ Tyrone M. Williams, 51, 478 Tucker Road, Grimesland, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, maintain motor vehicle for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance and possess with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park for May 31, 2016, offenses.
