Pitt County Sheriff’s Office deputies patrolling a trailer park due to complaints about drug sales seized crack cocaine from a 39-year-old Greenville man on Monday and arrested him.

Deputies were patrolling Smith Mobile Home Park about 8:40 p.m. when they spotted a suspicious truck parked in a wooded area. Further investigation resulted in the recovery of crack valued at $220.

Trevor Linea Howard, 2444 Jay Circle, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver crack cocaine and was jailed in the Pitt County Detention Center in lieu of a $20,000 secured bond.

Smith Mobile Home park is located off of Briley Road west of Wellcome Middle School, north of Greenville.

The sheriff’s office released additional reports on Tuesday with the following details and allegations:

Break-ins, thefts

■ 3500 block Black Jack-Simpson Road, 12:15-12:48 a.m. July 9: $560 in cash and 10 prescription medication valued at $2 stolen from home by friend; investigation ongoing.

■ 800 block West Star Street, 5 p.m. July 6-7:21 a.m. July 9: cutting instrument used to enter rental/commercial storage; building; copper pipe valued at $2,000 stolen; three padlocks sustained $5 in damages; investigation ongoing.

■ 700 block Seven Pines Road, near Fountain, noon June 24-12:29 p.m. July 9: DeWalt impact drill valued at $50 stolen from home by family member and recovered; investigation ongoing.

■ 1300 block Duran Street, 12:13 p.m. July 6-12:13 p.m. July 9: State Employees Credit Union negotiable instrument valued at $120 stolen from home by boyfriend; investigation ongoing.

Property Damage

■ 2700 block Preston Lane, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. July 9: Toyota Camry, year unlisted, sustained $500 in damages by acquaintance; case closed/cleared; unfounded.

GREENVILLE

The Greenville Police Department released reports Tuesday with the following details and allegations:

Break-ins, thefts

■ 400 block Paladin Drive, 4 p.m. July 8: N.C. license tag of unlisted value stolen from vehicle; case inactive.

■ 4600 E. 10th St., 6:32 p.m. July 9: six 24-inch televisions, wireless mouse, keyboard and two 12-pack drinks stolen from Walmart and recovered; ranch dressing, two beverages, two food plates and a T-shirt stolen and not listed as recovered; two juveniles arrested and charged with misdemeanor larceny.

■ 4160 block Bayswater Road, 3:30 p.m. July 5-2 p.m. July 9: four 250-foot rolls of metal clad copper electrical wire valued at $400 stolen from Thomas Electrical Solutions Inc. at construction site; investigation ongoing.

■ Corey Road, 11:42 p.m. July 7-11:42 p.m. July 8: property valued at more than $1,170 stolen from vehicles on roadside including cell phone chargers, tackle box with fishing gear and other items,, JanSport backpack, three gold rings with stones and white and black striped Michael Kors wallet with bank cards and ID, stolen from vehicle; 19-year-old man arrested and charged with break or enter a motor vehicle, felony larceny, misdemeanor larceny, felony possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.

■ 2100 block Flagstone Court, 7 p.m. July 5-6:02 a.m. July 6: vehicle break-in reported; no items listed as stolen; investigation ongoing.

Assaults

■ 1900 block Hyde Drive, noon-1 p.m. July 6: 56-year-old woman assaulted at home by family member; minor injuries reported; 2007 Toyota Corona sustained $50 in damages; case inactive; victim refused to cooperate.

■ 100 block Hooker Road, 3 a.m. July 7: 21-year-old man assaulted with a deadly weapon at residence; minor injuries reported; case closed; prosecution declined.

■ 500 block East First Street, 2:42 a.m. July 7: 40-year-old man assaulted by ex-girlfriend; extent of injuries not reported; 34-year-old woman arrested and charged with simple assault.

■ 200 block Oldwell Drive, 10:40-10:49 p.m. July 3: 48-year-old man assaulted at home by known person; minor injuries reported; investigation ongoing.

Property Damage

■ 1100 block Price Drive, 9-9:30 p.m. July 9: knife hole in kitchen wall, hole punched in wall by ex-boyfriend, $200 in damages; 27-year-old man arrested and charged with communicating threats and injury to real property.

■ 1800 block South Pitt Street, 8 p.m. July 8-6:50 a.m. July 9: 2006 Chrysler Pacifica of unlisted value damaged; case inactive.

■ 404 Evans St., 3:23-3:24 a.m. July 5: cracked store front window at Emerge Gallery from brick hitting it, $400 in damages; case inactive.

■ 500 block Cotanche Street, 8 a.m. July 1-8 a.m. July 9: Plexiglass window of store unsealed; duct tape removed, $100 in damages; case inactive.

■ 3800 block Sterling Pointe Drive, near Winterville, 9:30 p.m. July 6-9 a.m. July 7: back door and frame at home sustained $200 in damages; case inactive.
