Pain killers stolen from woman at restaurant

A 54-year-old Winterville woman reported to the Greenville Police Department that someone stole prescription pain killers from her on Monday while she was at a restaurant.

The incident occurred between 7-11 p.m. at Tie Breakers, 1920k Smythewyck Drive, according to a report issued on Thursday. The woman said 59 dosages of Percocet and 59 dosages of Oxycontin were stolen.

The drugs were valued at $30. The case was listed as inactive. Further details were not available from the report.

Break-ins, thefts

■ 300 block East 13th Street, 5-10 p.m. July 11: two chairs and ottoman valued at $240 stolen from home; case inactive.

■ 600 block Glendale Drive, 8 a.m.-9:23 p.m. July 11: shoes valued at $100 stolen from home; glass window sustained $50 in damages; investigation ongoing.

■ 1500 block Birch Place, 9 p.m. June 10- 9 a.m. June 11: attempted breaking and entering at home; no items listed as stolen; case inactive.

■ 4600 E. 10th St., 6:21 p.m. July 11: pack of Bud Light beer, pack of Heineken beer, pack of Mike’s beer, two packs of Corona Extra beer and two packs of Natural Light beer, all valued at $127.79, stolen from Walmart; investigation ongoing.

■ 200 block Southwest Greenville Boulevard, 3:30 p.m. July 11: Apple iPhone 8 valued at $800 stolen from woman in store; case inactive.

■ 2100 block East Fire Tower Road, 1 a.m. July 9-1:54 p.m. July 10: Apple iPhone 8 valued at $800 stolen from man; case closed/cleared.

■ 2200 block Northeast Greenville Boulevard, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. July 11: 2003 BMW valued at $5,200 stolen from parking lot; investigation ongoing.

Assaults

■ 2500 block Thackery Road, 10:20 p.m. July 11: woman of unlisted age assaulted; extent of injuries not reported; 32-year-old man arrested and charged with assault on a female.

■ 100 block River Bluff Road, 7:15-7:36 p.m. July 11: 28-year-old woman assaulted in home by spouse; extent of injuries not reported; 24-year-old man arrested and charged with three counts of assault on a female and three counts of communicating threats.

■ 2800 block Best Road, 6-6:39 p.m. July 11: 30-year-old woman assaulted in home by ex-boyfriend; minor injuries reported; 37-year-old man arrested and charged with assault on a female.

■ 3300 block Landmark Street, 6:20-6:30 p.m. July 11: 38-year-old woman assaulted in home by spouse; extent of injuries not reported; investigation ongoing.

Property Damage

■ 2400 block Charles Boulevard, 4:30 p.m. July 10-7 a.m. July 11: nine sheets of drywall and building frame sustained $550.84 in damages at construction site; investigation ongoing.

The Pitt County Sheriff’s Office released reports Thursday with the following details and allegations:

■ 3100 block N.C. 121, near Farmville, midnight July 10: Honda Accord stolen from open land area; case closed/cleared.

■ 1600 block Lee Street, 6:05-6:10 p.m. July 11: home entered forcibly; Newport menthol cigarettes valued at $5 stolen by boyfriend; investigation ongoing.

■ 3300 block N.C. 121, near Farmville, 10:45-10:48 p.m. July 11: Apple Macbook Pro valued at $1,200 stolen from office building; investigation ongoing.

■ 1900 block King Drive, 8:20 p.m. July 11: 61-year-old woman assaulted in home by acquaintance; minor injuries reported; arrest made.

■ 1900 block Buck Lane, 11:20-11:22 p.m. July 11: 32-year-old woman assaulted in road by acquaintance; minor injuries reported; arrest made.

Property Damage

■ 300 block Teels Estates Road, 7:45-7:48 p.m. July 11: window sustained $200 in damages at home; investigation ongoing.
