The following people were indicted on felony charges on Sept. 24, 2018, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records.

■ Kenneth Leroy Allen, 54, 2726 Mills St., Apt. C, Winterville, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, maintain motor vehicle for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for Aug. 4, 2015, offenses.

■ Devonte Tyjon Blount aka Devonte Tyjohn Blount, 26, 2223 Mozingo Road, possession of firearm by felon for April 30 offense.

■ Dashawn Shaquil Davis, 22, 1227 S. Greene St., assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury for March 29 offense.

■ Alexsander Salter Day, 37, 504 East Pointe, Beaufort, possess stolen motor vehicle and misdemeanor possess stolen goods/property for May 15 offenses.

■ Donnie Lewis Dixon, 28, 411 Winslow Pointe Drive, Apt. 100, assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and attempted first-degree murder for Nov. 4 offenses.

■ Jordan Anthony Farr, 25, 1293 Park West Drive, Unit Q-4, possession of burglary tools for Dec. 20 offense.

■ Matthew Davonne Holloway, 22, 731 W. Third St., Washington, breaking and/or entering and robbery with a dangerous weapon for May 9 offenses.

■ Jamila Marie Hooker, 27, 3000 Golden Road, Apt. 24, common law forgery and obtain property by false pretense for March 29 offenses.

■ Ivie Dvone Howard, 34, 1536 Yaupon Lane, common law robbery for Sept. 28, 2017, offense.

■ Rachel Lynn Faulkner, 41, 2737 Bruce Strickland Road, Bell Arthur, obtaining property by false pretenses for March 6 offense.

■ Jeffrey Nelson Lawrence, 42, 801 Corbett St., Winterville, felony larceny and two counts felonious possession of stolen goods/property for May 15 offenses.

■ Joshua Rodrigo Maass, 20, 4429 Fairview Ridge Lane, Apex, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance and possession of marijuana in excess of one and one-half ounces for Sept. 5 offenses.

■ Keandre Moore, 20, 100 Kristin Drive, Unit D-6, intentional child abuse/serious bodily injury for offense between Jan. 12-27.  

■ Durante Lamarr Taylor, 26, 484 Gayle Blvd., Winterville, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possess marijuana paraphernalia for Dec. 12 offenses.

■ Landon Drake Toler, 21, 3200 Country Mudhole Place, La Grange, five counts obtain property by false pretense for offenses between Dec. 1-12.

■ A.J. Tyson III, 32, 410-D Greenview Drive, second-degree trespassing for June 19 offense.

■ Justin Michael Tyson, 27, 2533 Westminster Drive, Winterville, attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury for July 30 offenses.

■ Aaron Qutae Williams, 29, 1401 Westpointe Drive, Apt. B, carrying a concealed gun for July 2 offense.

■ Ezekiel Gimel Williams aka Ezekiel Williams, 39, 134 Concord Drive, Apt. 6, assault by strangulation, assault on a female, false imprisonment and habitual assault for June 17 offenses.

■ Khalil Willoughby, 23, 106 Wyndham Court, Apt. B, assault by strangulation, false imprisonment, assault on a female, battery of unborn child and communicating threats for Aug. 7 offenses.
