A woman was cut during a fight in the River Bluff area on Saturday in one of two disruptions reported there recently, according to Greenville Police Department reports.

A 27-year-old woman was at a home in the 100 block of River Bluff Road off of East 10th Street about 11:30 p.m. when the incident occurred.

She told police she was in a large crowd when a fight erupted and she was cut on the hand by an unknown object, according to department spokeswoman Kristen Hunter. She could not provide further information.

Her injuries were listed as minor.

On Wednesday at a neighboring residence, a verbal argument escalated into a fight between roommates. Two men, both 52, suffered injuries, according to a report.

Hunter said the men were punched several times and at least one of them required medical treatment at the hospital for stitches. The victims declined to pursue charges in the case.

Reports in both cases were released on Monday.
