The following people were indicted on felony charges Nov. 26, 2018, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records:

■ Carson Reid Adkins, 19, 6780 Pitt St., Grifton, three counts obtain property by false pretense and two counts forgery of instrument for Feb. 5 offenses.

■ Ashley Dee Andrews, 35, 2891 Stokes Road, four counts trafficking opium or heroin and four counts conspire to trafficking opium or heroin for March 25 and March 10, 2015, offenses.

■ Moses John Baca II aka John Moses Baca II aka Moses John Baca, 41, 85 Brooks Drive, Rocky Mount, felony larceny for offense between June 15-Dec. 18, 2017.

■ Thomas Ronald Barnes aka Thomas Raye Barnes, 38, 502 Pine St., break or enter a motor vehicle, two counts possession of stolen goods, obtain property by false pretense and financial card theft for Oct. 7 offenses; larceny of motor vehicle, possess stolen motor vehicle, injury to real property, first degree trespass and habitual felon for July 13 offenses.

■ Fruquez Valshoun Best aka Fru’quez Val’shoun Best, 26, 119 S Georgia Ave., Goldsboro, failure to report new address as a sex offender for Aug. 2 offense.

■ Tiera Dodd Blow, 28, 620 S. Clark St., possession of cocaine, possess drug paraphernalia, resisting public officer and providing fictitious information to officer for Sept. 28, 2017, offenses.

■ Danny Robert Boyd, 58, 4609 Corey Road, Winterville, two counts of possession of firearm by felon for July 13 offenses.

■ Gregory Daevon Boyd, 24, 320 Brownlea Drive, Apt. 1-D, obtain property by false pretense for offense between Sept. 6-Nov. 8, 2016.

■ Phylicia June Brookins, 21, 476 Gayle Blvd., Winterville, three counts of larceny from a merchant and three counts of obtain property by false pretense for March 23, 21 and 19 offenses.

■ Kivia Zavette Brown, 29, 112 Brookwood Drive, Apt. A, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine; possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana; expired registration card/tag; maintain a vehicle for using, keeping or selling a controlled substance and possess drug paraphernalia for Oct. 7, 2017, offenses.

■ Mason Banks Brown, 28, 220 E. Second St., Apt. B, Washington, two counts obtaining property by false pretenses for May 19 offenses.

■ Stephen Bridgers aka Stephen Brandon Bridgers, 35, 1988 E. Hanrahan Road, Ayden, larceny of a firearm for offense between Dec. 31-Jan. 1.

■ Jeffrey Lee Conner, 32, 6266 N.C. 33 East, Grimesland, two counts trafficking opium or heroin and one count possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin for March 25, 2015, offenses; possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin for March 10, 2015, offense. 

■ Oscar Eduardo Segura Cordova aka Segura Cordova Oscar Eduardo aka Cordova Oscar Eduardo Segura, 24, 507 Cooper Lane, larceny of motor vehicle, possess stolen motor vehicle, aggressive driving, fail to heed light or siren, flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, assault law enforcement agency animal, two counts of resisting public officers and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon on a government official for April 16 offenses. 

■ Carlos Monte Cox aka Carlos Monte Cos, 37, 515 Hillcrest Ave., Winterville, six counts trafficking opium or heroin and two counts conspire to trafficking opium or heroin for March 25-26, 2015, offenses. 

■ Jacques Vidal Chavis, 27, 520 Spring Forest Road, Apt. B, two counts trafficking heroin and one count conspire to sell and deliver cocaine for Aug. 24, 2017, offenses.

■ Shaun Dontrell Cratch, 39, 801 Peed Drive, Apt. 8, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, possession of firearm by felon and habitual felon for July 14 offenses.

■ Larry Donta Daniels aka Larry Dorta Daniels, 43, 3217 Chaplin Lane, Lot 34, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and habitual felon for Feb. 21 offenses.

■ Timothy Matthew Davis, 48, 4206 Rocket Road, felony possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking opium or heroin and possession with intent to sell and deliver oxycodone for April 5 offenses.

■ Curtis Lamont Dixon, 34, 5798 Stantonsburg Road, Farmville, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of more than one-half ounce of marijuana but no more than one and one-half ounces, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and habitual felon for July 22, 2017, offenses.

■ Cierra Nicole Dye, 18, 100-B Van Dyke St., felony assault-physically injure a law enforcement/parole officer for Sept. 11 offense. 

■ Armard Dontrall Fennell, 28, 4121 Kittrell Farms Road, Apt. 302, accessory after the fact for Oct. 15, 2017, offense.

■ Joseph Lee Gardner, 60, 4309 Blount St., Ayden, larceny by removing destroying and deactivating a component of antishoplifting or inventory control device for Jan. 27 offense.

■ Myles Thomas Gorham, 20, 2324 Sadler Drive, Winterville, possess stolen firearm, carrying concealed gun and possess marijuana up to one-half ounce for April 14 offenses.

■ Tommy E. Hales, 55, 2780 Sunny Side Road, attempted first-degree burglary to terrorize, injury to real property and second-degree trespass for Feb. 19 offenses.

■ Gary Tyler Herring, 28, 1982 Oakdale Road, La Grange, felonious breaking or entering vehicle and larceny after breaking and entering for Oct. 6, 2017, offenses.

■ Paul Earl Hunter, 59, 804 Gorham St., Apt. C, Raleigh, five counts obtain property by false pretense, five counts identity theft and one count financial card theft for March 26 offenses.

■ Timothy Joshua Knepper aka Timothy J. Kneeper, 38, 2398 Railroad St., Winterville, three counts possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin; three counts maintain a vehicle for using, keeping or selling controlled substances; four counts of trafficking heroin and one count conspire to sell and deliver cocaine for Aug. 24, Aug. 9, Aug. 1 and July 26, 2017, offenses.

■ Robbie Lee Knowles aka Robbie Knowles, 42, 2433 Charles Blvd., Apt. 30, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods for Dec. 30 offense; misdemeanor larceny for March 12 offense.

■ Joshua Charles Lilley, 29, 239 Hancock St., Grifton, common law robbery, assault inflicting serious bodily injury, injury to personal property and larceny of a firearm for July 29 offenses.

■ Tyler Shay Little, 29, 846 Darrell Drive, larceny of a firearm for offense between Feb. 20-21.

■ Kayla Johnson Mayo, 28, 239 Hancock St., Grifton, common law robbery, assault inflicting serious bodily injury, injury to personal property and larceny of firearm for July 29 offenses.

■ Jeffrey Wayne McLawhorn Jr. aka Jeffrey Wayne McLawhorn, 34, 493 Linda Drive, exploitation of older or disabled adult and obtain property by false pretense for May 2, 2017, offenses.

■ Kirby Eugene Mills aka Kirby E. Mills, 52, 1902 Redman Ave., breaking and/or entering and larceny of a firearm and possession of stolen goods for March 24 offenses.

■ James Newton, 59, 6774 Glenwood Drive, Grifton, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and felony hit and run for Dec. 23, 2017, offenses.

■ Paul Anthony Paige, 23, 1226 Battle St., three counts larceny from a merchant, three counts obtain property by false pretense and two counts of misdemeanor larceny for March 23, 21 & 19 offenses.

■ Joshua Carnell Parker, 32, 1216 Howards Place, Kinston, larceny by defeat of anti-theft device, possessing stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny for Sept. 15-16, 2017, offenses.

■ Phillip E. Person aka Phillip Earl Person, 27, 122 Concord Drive, Unit 8, break or enter a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and habitual felon for June 27 offenses.

■ Jamal Byron Phillips, 30, address not available, murder for Oct. 15, 2017, offense.

■ Aaron Ringlein, 22, 1124 Roberson Drive, Robersonville, felonious breaking or entering a place of worship, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods and obtain property by false pretense for Feb. 15 offenses.

■ Jayquan Dyson Rodgers, 21, 1900 Kennedy Circle, larceny of a firearm for May 26 offense.

■ Damian Ross, 21, 1285 Park West Drive, Apt. 9, felony inciting to riot for Aug. 8 offense.

■ James Lavalle Speight, 34, 1820 Pete’s Lane, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintain motor vehicle for the purpose of keeping and/or selling a controlled substance for July 22, 2017, offenses.

■ Julian Brent Staton, 26, 718 Sir Lancelot Drive, possession of firearm by felon for April 29 offense.

■ Justin Ross Summerville, 33, 207 Fairlane Road, accessory after the fact and murder for Oct. 15, 2017, offenses.

■ Monta Lamont Tyson Jr., 23, 305 Sylvia Drive, second-degree forcible rape for Feb. 15 offense.

■ Alex Ray Warren, 27, 3440 Hudsons Crossroads Road, conspiracy to sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance; possession with intent to sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance; maintain motor vehicle for the purpose of keeping and//or selling a controlled substance for Nov. 16, 2017, offenses.

■ Antonio Warren, 46, 1627 S. Pitt St., possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia for Feb. 3 offenses.

■ Latashia Ricks Watson, 38, 1848 Hop Tyson Road, common law robbery, assault inflicting serious bodily injury, injury to personal property and larceny of a firearm for July 29 offenses.
