Three items of women’s clothing were reported stolen from Kohl’s on Tuesday, according to a case report released by the Greenville Police Department. 

The incident took place between 2 p.m. and 2:13 p.m. on Tuesday at Kohl’s, 3501 Galleria Drive.

Items listed as stolen include one pair of women’s socks, women’s underwear and a night gown, all valued at $77.99.

An investigation is ongoing.


The police department released reports Wednesday with the following details and allegations:

Break-ins, thefts

■ 3700 S. Memorial Drive, 12:10-12:15 p.m. Feb. 12: one Bijoux hair product valued at $62.99 stolen from Best Beauty Supply; investigation ongoing.

■ 3040 Evans St., 2:45-2:59 p.m. Feb. 11: two pairs of Tommy Hilfiger shoes valued at $89.99 stolen from Shoe Carnival; investigation ongoing.


■ 200 block Southwest Greenville Boulevard, 8:45-9:10 p.m. Feb. 12: 51-year-old man and 25-year-old man assaulted on road by person known to them; report indicated a deadly weapon was used but did not specify what kind of weapon; extent of injuries not reported; investigation ongoing.

Property Damage

■ 4400 block Surrey Meadows Drive, 8 a.m.-4:13 p.m. Feb. 11: 2006 blue Toyota Scion sustained $200 in damages from child of victim; communicating threats also listed; investigation ongoing.


The sheriff’s office released reports Tuesday with the following details and allegations:

Break-in, theft

■ 3700 block Black Jack Simpson Road, 12:01 a.m. Oct. 1-noon Feb. 9: five boating accessories including a battery charger, three boat batteries and a fish finder, all valued at $960, stolen from home; case active.

■ 6800 block Sunflower Lane, near Grifton, 10-11:45 a.m. Feb. 9: one bicycle valued at $50 stolen from home; case closed/​leads exhausted.

■ 2800 block Dickinson Avenue, 11 a.m. Nov. 8-11 a.m. Feb. 7: air conditioning unit valued at $3,000 stolen from home; case closed/​leads exhausted.

■ 300 block East Littlefinger Road, near Ayden, 3:35-3:38 p.m. Feb. 8: air compressor valued at $100 stolen from home; case active.


■ First block Martin Luther King Jr. Highway, 1:42-1:43 a.m. Feb. 11: 26-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; minor injuries reported; case active.

■ 4600 block Leary Mills Road, near Vanceboro, 11:06-11:07 a.m. Feb. 8: 70-year-old man assaulted with a knife at home by known person; severe lacerations reported; case active.

Property Damage

■ 1600 block Sandstone Court, 6:08-6:09 p.m. Feb. 9: Jeep Grand Cherokee sustained $1,500 in damages; case active.

■ 7800 block N.C. 43 South, 12:01 a.m.-noon Feb. 10: home sustained $40 in damages; case unfounded.
