■ John Thomas Barber, 42, 1545 Bedford Road, Rocky Mount, habitual felon for Sept. 5, 2017, offense.

■ Chauncey Delano Bell aka Chaucey Delano Bell aka Chauncy D. Bell, 38, 100 Kristin Drive, Apt. D-5, fail to register as a sex offender for July 3 offense.

■ Vernon Corneilus Bryant Jr. aka Vernon Cornelius Bryant Jr., 38, 2417 Hillendale Circle, possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine and maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance for March 22, 2016, offenses.

■ Lucas James Lockamy, 46, 3807 Gardenia St., habitual driving while impaired, superseding indictment for driving while license revoked and display fictitious registration tag for July 17 offenses.

■ Edna Murchison, 60, 1911 McClellan St., obtaining property by false pretenses for Jan. 18 offense.

■ Khalil Obeid, 67, 5135 County Home Road, receive stolen goods/property for July 31 offense.

■ Ibrahim Khalil Obeid, 27, 2402 Evans St., Apt. F, receive stolen goods/property for July 19 offense.

■ S. Patel Pintukumar, 46, 587 South Square Drive, Apt. 7, Winterville, receive stolen goods/property for June 28 offense.
