The following people were indicted on felony charges on March 11, 2019, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records:

■ Samuel E. Arnold, 71, 101 Dansey Road, two counts traffic a Schedule II controlled substance by possession and two counts possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance for Aug. 15-16, 2016, offenses.

■ Mutassum Mohammad Awadallah, 23, 3560 Graham St., Winterville, trafficking marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintain a dwelling used for keeping and selling a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for Dec. 13 offenses.

■ Amalek Britt, 19, 3221 Moseley Drive, Apt. B, felony larceny of motor vehicle for Aug. 23 offense.

■ James Edwin Brown Jr., 45, 1015 Spring Forest Road, superseding indictment for trafficking marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) for Jan. 19, 2017, offenses.

■ Tony Terell Carmon, 36, 31 Saddlewood Lane, Arden, trafficking cocaine by possession, trafficking cocaine by transport and possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine for May 31 offenses.

■ Allen Michael Currin, 29, 5333 N.C. 11 North, Grifton, three counts possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana; three counts maintain a vehicle for using, keeping or selling controlled substances and three counts possession of marijuana paraphernalia for Dec. 3, 2015, Sept. 23, 2015, and Aug. 26, 2015, offenses.

■ Bennie Andre Daniels Jr., 28, 1124 Aspen Grove Road, Fountain, trafficking oxycodone; possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana; possession with intent to sell and deliver tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); maintain a vehicle for using, keeping or selling controlled substances and possession of marijuana paraphernalia for May 17, 2016, offenses.

■ Abriel Dontea Dove, 37, 707-B Hooker Road, trafficking opium or heroin and possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin for July 26 offenses.

■ Isaiah Alajuawan Edwards, 21, 203 Terrace Court, possess heroin and possess drug paraphernalia for Jan. 15, 2018, offenses.

■ Daniel Parker Fox, 20, 630 St. Joseph St., Apt. 103, Carolina Beach, possess with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance for April 25 offense.

■ Jermain Harris, 28, 328 Haven Drive, Apt. M-3, three counts possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine for July 3, June 28 and June 19, offenses.

■ Jeffrey Hinson, 37, 950 Pocosin Road, Winterville, possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin and possess drug paraphernalia for Jan. 10, 2018, offenses.

■ Leosha Sequelle Johnson, 31, 2325 Vineyard Drive, Apt. C-4, Winterville, three counts possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and one count maintain a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance for Feb. 15, 21 & 28, 2018, offenses.

■ Afiz Lateef, 22, 1802 E. Third St., Apt. A, four counts possess with intent to sell and deliver tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); felony conspiracy; two counts possess with the intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park; two counts maintain a dwelling/house used for keeping and selling a controlled substance, for Oct. 9, Sept. 6, June 6 and May 17, 2017, offenses.

■ Cedric Lewis Lawrence, 29, 2611 Dunn St., three counts possess with the intent to sell and deliver heroin; two counts maintain a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance; three counts possession of drug paraphernalia and one count conspire to sell/deliver heroin for July 31, July 19 and July 5 offenses. 

■ Nolan Leonard aka Noland Thomas Leonard, 20, 249 Fox Walk Path, Garner, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance; possess marijuana up to half ounce; possess drug paraphernalia and maintain a dwelling/house used for keeping and selling a controlled substance for April 10 offenses; traffic synthetic cannabinoid by possession and conspire to traffic synthetic cannabinoid for April 8 offenses.

■ Victor Moralez Lopez, 36, 1608 Lennie Lane, two counts traffic in methamphetamine and maintain vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance for Sept. 8 offense.

■ Byron Delano McNeely, 48, 3216 Summer Place, Unit 2, possess with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sell cocaine and deliver cocaine for Sept. 25, 2015, offenses.

■ Damarcus Jordan Mobley, 20, 518 Little Drive, Winterville, flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle, fail to heed light or siren and reckless driving to endanger for Jan. 15 offenses; fail to stop at steady red light, resisting public officer and two counts speeding (related misdemeanors) for Jan. 15 offenses.

■ Scott Eugene Poole, 48, 1504 Coral Lane, felony possession of cocaine for April 5 offense. 

■ Donald Ray Streeter, 59, 1336 Idlewild Drive, two counts larceny, two counts habitual felon and two counts second-degree trespass (related misdemeanors) for Jan. 22 & 23 offenses.

■ Grant Swanner,  21, 10508 Madison Park Drive, Charlotte, traffic synthetic cannabinoid by possession for April 10 offense (corrected indictment); traffic synthetic cannabinoid by possession; conspire to traffic and sell synthetic cannabinoid and possess with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance for April 8 offenses.

■ Saquan Erkle Ward, 22, 193 Lodge Drive, Washington, felony possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor); possession of firearm by felon; resisting public officer (related misdemeanor) and maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance for Aug. 26 offenses.

■ La-Flay P. White, 48, 412 Greenfield Terrace, trafficking opium or heroin and possess with intent to sell and deliver oxymorphone for Sept. 17, 2015, offenses
