The following people were indicted on felony charges on April 8, 2019, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records:

■ Brittany Ballard, 24, 1309 Westpointe Drive, Apt. 2, possess stolen firearm for May 30, 2017, offense.

■ Terrance Leon Best, 33, 100 Elite Place, superseding indictment for flee/elude arrest and hit and run for Nov. 8, 2017, offenses.

■ Corey Tronell Bradley, 37, 4009-A Lucerne Court, Winterville, trafficking in cocaine, maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling a controlled substance and three counts possession of firearm by felon for Aug. 23 offenses.

■ Amalek Britt, 19, 3221 Moseley Drive, Apt. B, possess stolen motor vehicle for Aug. 24 offense.

■ Ronrico Deemeekio Brown, 38, 430 W. First St., Ayden,  possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony), two counts trafficking in cocaine and habitual felon for Oct. 9, 2017, offenses.

■ Dymel Oquan Clark, 22, 1309 E. Westpoint Drive, Apt. 2, two counts trafficking heroin and one count maintain vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) for Sept. 19, 2017, offenses; two counts trafficking heroin and one count maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) for Sept. 13, 2017, offenses; possess stolen firearm for May 30, 2017, offense.

■ Roselind Symone Cratch, 28, 402 Edwards Bridge Road, Grifton, resisting public officer, flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, hit/run leave scene of an accident/collision resulting in property damage (felony) and felony possession of cocaine for Nov. 16, 2016, offenses.

■ Dustin Rakeem Darden, 29, 3056 N. Gate Walk, Farmville, possession of firearm by felon, carrying concealed gun (misdemeanor), go armed to the terror of the people, urinate in public (related misdemeanor) and two counts assault by pointing a gun and habitual felon for Dec. 2 offenses.

■ Theodore Devon Dunn, 44, 3223 N. Pineview Lane, Apt. 7, Farmville, two counts possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin and two counts possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanors) for Jan. 11, 2016, offenses.

■ Charles Andrew Evans, 46, 3000 Kingston Circle, Apt. K5, felony stalking, for offense between Jan. 30-Feb. 1, 2018.

■ Brandon Latrell Hardy, 19, 229 Olive Branch Road, Grifton, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon for Sept. 13, 2017, offenses.

■ James Earl Heath, 50, 1205 Meadowbrook Drive, habitual felon for June 24 offense.

■ Trevor Linea Howard, 40, 2444 Jay Circle, possess with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony), possess more than one-half ounce of marijuana but not more than one and one-half ounces and habitual felon for Nov. 21 offenses; possess with the intent to sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and habitual felon for July 9 offenses.

■ Antonio Lopez Jones, 41, 205-B Princess St., Duplex B, Goldsboro, assault on a female, interfere with emergency communication (related misdemeanor), false imprisonment (related misdemeanor) and second-degree kidnapping for Jan. 15 offenses; obtain property by false pretense for Nov. 17 offense.

■ Brian Michael Kelly, 22, 5712 Barrett Road, Farmville, flee/elude arrest (felony); related misdemeanors: speeding 90 mph in a 45 mph zone, no operator’s license, speeding 110 mph in a 55 mph zone, fictitious registration, fail to stop at stop sign, aggressive driving, driving after consuming alcohol under age 21, two counts driving while impaired, reckless driving to endanger and hit/run fail to stop at scene of accident/collision resulting in property damage for May 6, 2017, offenses.

■ Colton Vernon Mattison, 29, 6209 N.C. 43 South, felony possession of cocaine and possess more than one-half ounce of marijuana but not more than one and one-half ounces for June 3, 2017, offenses.

■ Christopher Ryan Meeks, 41, 103 Galahad Drive, obtain property by false pretenses and possess stolen goods/property (misdemeanor) for Jan. 18 offenses; obtain property by false pretense and possess stolen goods/property (misdemeanor) for Jan. 15 offenses. 

■ Jimitrez Jekil McCloud, 27, 107-A Thistle Down Court, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance for Aug. 7 offense.

■ Jeremiah McCoy, 25, 800 Tyson St., Apt. A, statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and indecent liberties with a child for offenses from June 1-30.

■ Damien Lopez Moore, 26, 116 Prickly Pear Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin; maintain a dwelling for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony); possess with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana; possession of cocaine and habitual felon for Dec. 13, 2017, offenses.

■ Joshua Lynn Morris,  28, 1998 Tate Road, Williamston, felonious restraint for Nov. 7, 2016, offense.

■ Brian Lee Nicholson, 35, 622 Heartwood Road, Grimesland, assault by strangulation, assault on a female (related misdemeanor), communicating threats (related misdemeanor) and assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present (related misdemeanor) for March 13, 2018, offenses.

■ William Terrall Payton, 33, 2125 Flutter Lane, maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony), possess with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, possess a controlled substance within 1,000 of a park and possess marijuana paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for Jan. 10 offenses.

■ McGarrett Lee Smith, 19, 104 Stuart Circle, Apt. B, interfere with electric monitoring device (felony) for Feb. 13, 2018, offense.

■ Raekwon Ortiz Snipes, 22, 8909 Lil Marcia Lane, Chapel Hill, possess stolen motor vehicle and resisting public officer (related misdemeanor) for Jan. 23 offenses.

■ Shannon Mobley Tripp, 38, 109 Brookwood Drive, possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin, maintain a dwelling for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) and possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for June 8, 2015, offenses; possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin, maintain a dwelling for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) and possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for June 4, 2015, offenses; possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin and possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for May 28 2015, offenses. 

■ Gregory Earl Williams, 40, 3001-L Kingston Circle, possess with intent to sell and deliver heroin and maintain vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) for Oct. 23, 2014, offenses.

■ Quantavis Dreshaun Williams, 22, 3904 Sterling Point Drive, Unit BB3, Winterville, maintain a dwelling  for keeping and selling a controlled substance (felony) and possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and possess marijuana paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for offenses between Jan. 21-22.
