The following people were indicted on felony charges on April 22, 2019, by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records:

■ James Arthur Acklin, 62, 2054 N.C. 33 West, felony breaking and/or entering and larceny after breaking/entering for Nov. 28 offenses; felony larceny for Nov. 9 offense.

■ Reshawn Alston, 19, 1404 Plantation Pine Circle, Garner, larceny of motor vehicle and possess stolen motor vehicle for Nov. 7 offense. 

■ Ashley Dyan Arnold, 34, 4472 Juanita Ave., Ayden, felony larceny for Sept. 24 offense.

■ Willie Barrett, 42, 4055 Tabitha Lane, resisting public officer, assault on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer inflicting physical injury, assault on a detention center employee inflicting physical injury and habitual felon for Feb. 16 offenses.

■ Andrea Blake Beacham, 29, 3736 Ernest Loftin Road, Ayden, obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny for Jan. 14 offenses.

■ Castar Daniell Braswell, 19, 1919-A Kennedy Circle, assault inflicting serious bodily injury for Nov. 7 offenses.

■ Kevin Donte Brown, 43, 1217 Fleming St., Apt. C, assault on a female, assault by strangulation and habitual felon for for Nov. 1 offense.

■ Ronrico Deemeekio Brown, 38, 430 W. First St., Ayden, three counts possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and three counts possess with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park for May 3, March 17 and March 22, 2018, offenses.

■ Jason Lamont Burney, 41, 4369 Charles Blvd., possess stolen firearm, possession of firearm by felon, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance (related misdemeanor), possess marijuana paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) and resisting public officer (related misdemeanor) for May 10 and Jan. 6, 2018, offenses. 

■ Kenneth Edward Graves, 43, 429 W. Railroad St., Dover, possession of firearm by felon; related misdemeanors of assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun, two counts of communicating threats, assault on a female and assault by pointing a gun for Dec. 10 offenses.

■ Rico Lamar Haddock, 26, 4329 Martin Luther King Jr. St., Ayden, felony breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, break or enter a motor vehicle,  misdemeanor larceny, felony breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking/entering, eight counts of obtain property by false pretense, eight counts of identity theft, two counts attempt to obtain property by false pretense and one count financial card theft for offenses between June 30 and July 7, 2017.

■ James Johnson Jr., 27, 3941 Charles Blvd./629 Cannon St., Apt. G, Ayden, trafficking opium or heroin, possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintain dwelling for keeping and selling controlled substances (felony) and two counts possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) for Oct. 26 offenses.

■ Sherrod Farico Jones Jr., 27, 405 Brighton Park Drive, Apt. 5, trafficking opium or heroin, possess with intent to sell and deliver cocaine. possess marijuana up to one-half ounce (related misdemeanor), possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) and possession of controlled substances on prison/jail premises for Aug. 26 offenses.

■ Esther Clark Kittrell, 39, 3262 D-6 Landmark St., identity theft and obtain property by false pretense for offenses between Sept. 19, 2017-Jan. 22, 2018.         

■ Robert Jon Mackle, 44, 2635 Nichols Road, Apt. B, Farmville, obtain property by false pretense, possess stolen motor vehicle, felony larceny of motor vehicle, two counts felony obstructing justice, felony stalking, injury to personal property (related misdemeanor), assault on a female (related misdemeanor), communicating threats (related misdemeanor), false imprisonment (related misdemeanor) and simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (related misdemeanor) for offenses between Feb.9 and April 9.

■ Willie Alexander Melvin Jr., 59, 10 Upton Court Drive, cyberstalking for offense between Sept. 12-16; assault by strangulation, assault on a female (related misdemeanor) and communicating threats (related misdemeanor) for Aug. 20 offenses. 

■ Stacie Harrell Mills, 42, 103 Hooks Glen Drive, obtain property by false pretense; two counts uttering forged instrument and habitual felon for July 12, 2017, offenses.

■ Brian Lee Nicholson, 35, 622 Heartwood Road, Grimesland, impersonate law enforcement officer (related misdemeanor) for Dec. 10 offense and assault on a female (related misdemeanor) for Feb. 26, 2018, offense.

■ Danny Ray Norfleet, 37, 945 Austin Lane, assault by strangulation, injury to personal property (related misdemeanor), assault with a deadly weapon (related misdemeanor), assault inflicting serious bodily injury, felony obstructing justice, felony stalking, felony obstructing justice and felony conspiracy for offenses between April 20, 2018 and Jan. 30.

■ Michael Jay Price, 31, 2942 Mobley’s Bridge Road, Grimesland, four counts possess a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of school for May 3 and May 6, 2016, offenses.

■ Robert Alvin Rouse, 79, 2065 E. Hanrahan Road, Ayden, indecent liberties with a child and sexual battery (related misdemeanor) for May 1, 2017, offenses.

■ Saimon Seam, 19, 2105 Silver Maple Lane, Apt. 203, Holly Springs, possess with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling a controlled substance, possess marijuana paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) and possess for sale alcoholic beverages without obtaining permit (related misdemeanor) for Nov. 21 offenses.

■ Cassandra Simonowich, 30, 757 Orchard Lane, Apt. J, Winterville, two counts obtain property by false pretense, attempt to obtain property by false pretense and larceny (related misdemeanor) for Feb. 10 & 14 offenses.

■ Patrick Leon Spears, 53, 2412 National Ave., felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking/entering and obtaining property by false pretenses for May 3 offenses.

■ Andre Roshawn Spencer, 34, 1010 Peed Drive, Apt. 11, felony maintain dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling a controlled substance; possess with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, possess with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of park and possession of firearm by felon for Dec. 1, 2017, offenses.

■ Carson J. Spencer, 52, 919 Allen Road, Apt. C-6, larceny of firearm and possession of firearm by felon for March 7, 2018, offenses.

■ Willie Maurice Stanley, 36, 2404 Dawson St., Bethel, four counts trafficking opium or heroin and two counts possess with the intent to sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance for Oct. 5 and Oct. 11, 2017, offenses.

■ Tyrik Rayshon Suggs, 21, 3639 Highland Drive, Unit M-6, Ayden, felony possession of heroin for Nov. 30 offense; robbery with dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and possession of firearm by felon for Nov. 28 offenses. 

■ Donald Ray Streeter aka Donald R. Streeter aka Donald Streeter, 59, 1336 Idlewild Drive, larceny, habitual larceny and habitual felon for Aug. 26 offenses.

■ Robert Zachery Thomas Jr., 28, 200 Rollins Drive, Apt. 18, discharge weapon into occupied property, possess drug paraphernalia (related misdemeanor) and discharge firearm in city (misdemeanor) for Nov. 3 offenses.

■ Eric Vorenkamp, 22, 3804 Wanda Lane, Ayden, assault by strangulation, assault on a female, assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present (related misdemeanor), felony obstructing justice, second-degree forcible rape, second-degree kidnapping and felonious restraint for Jan. 27 offenses.

■ Israel Christian Williams, 23, 3310 N. Jefferson St., Fountain, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and assault on a female (related misdemeanor) for Nov. 9 offenses. 

■ Jonathan Duane Zoss, 27, 1344 Ellison Court, assault inflicting serious bodily injury and assault on a female for Dec. 24 offenses.
