A 58-year-old man was assaulted with a knife by an individual known to him on Thursday, according to a case report released by the Greenville Police Department.

The incident took place between 10:30 and 10:41 p.m. May 9 on the 500 block of West Roundtree Drive, according to the report. The address was listed as the victim’s home.

No injuries were reported, the report said.

The case status was listed as inactive.

■ 3700 block Charles Boulevard, 8:41 p.m. May 9: 27-year-old woman assaulted by husband; minor injuries reported; case closed/cleared.

■ 1800 block South Greene Street, 10:31 p.m. May 9: 24-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; minor injuries reported; case inactive.

■ 4700 block Stantonsburg Road, 12:51 p.m. May 10: one Suzuki GRX-R750 motorcycle valued at $2,500 stolen; case inactive.
