A Dollar General in Greenville was robbed at gunpoint Saturday, according to a case report released by the Greenville Police Department.

The incident took place about 7:16 p.m. June 15 at the Dollar General located at 2800 E. 10th St., the report said.

$30 in cash as well as a carton of Newport cigarettes valued at $50 were listed as stolen. No injuries were reported.

An investigation is ongoing.
