Robberies reported at gas stations

Two armed robberies were reported at separate gas stations in Greenville and Winterville early on Sunday morning, according to two case reports released by the Greenville Police Department.
The first incident took place about 1:36 a.m. July 21 at Circle K in Winterville, 4000 S. Memorial Drive.
The report indicated that a suspect carrying a firearm and wearing a covering over their face ran from the Circle K before any items were stolen. No injuries were reported.
The second incident took place about 1:56 a.m. July 21 at a Sheetz in Greenville, 1201 Portertown Road.
The second report indicated that a suspect brandishing a firearm stole $500 from the Sheetz before running from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Investigations are ongoing in both cases.
The police department released reports Monday with the following details and allegations:
■ 2600 block Tryon Drive, 7 a.m.-2 p.m. July 19: two Amazon Fire Sticks and one dog kennel, all valued at $95.94, stolen from home; investigation ongoing.
■1601 S.E. Greenville Blvd., 8:06-8:11 a.m. July 19: six unspecified food products valued at $16.81 stolen from Speedway; investigation ongoing.
■ 700 block Peed Drive, 4-8 p.m. July 19: one 42-inch television, one white Xbox One S, two Xbox controllers and one Nyko charging base, all valued at $580, stolen from home; investigation ongoing.
■ 4600 E. 10th St., 4:37 p.m. July 19: unspecified quantity of car light bulbs valued at $116.40 stolen from Walmart and recovered; case cleared by citation.
■ 704 S. Memorial Drive, 9:30 p.m. July 19: three unspecified household goods valued at $30 stolen from CVS; investigation ongoing.
■ 500 block Vance Street, 12:29 a.m. July 20: attempted burglary reported at home; stolen items not listed; no injuries reported; investigation ongoing.
■ 3100 block South Memorial Drive, 11:30 a.m.-noon July 19: 37-year-old woman assaulted; no injuries reported; case cleared: prosecution declined.
■ 100 block Cortland Road, 3:39 p.m. July 19: 23-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; no injuries reported; case inactive.
■ 2300 block South memorial Drive, 3:56 a.m. July 19: 2018 maroon Kia Forte sustained $500 in damages; investigation ongoing.
■ 1100 block Brownlea Drive, 8:38 a.m. July 20: window of home sustained $300 in damages; arrest made.
■ 1908 E. Fire Tower Road, 9:46 a.m. July 20: metal door at Jersey Mike’s sustained $100 in damages; investigation ongoing.
