Gaming systems and televisions valued at over $1,500 were stolen from a home during a break-in Sunday, according to a case report released by the Greenville Police Department. 

The incident took place about 2 p.m. Aug. 11 on the 1100 block of Colonial Avenue. 

An Xbox 360, an Xbox One, a 40-inch Phillips television and a 32-inch Emerson television, all valued at $1,700, were listed as stolen. 

An investigation is ongoing.

The police department released reports Monday with the following details and allegations: 

Break-ins, thefts

  • 1200 block Van Dyke Street, 10 a.m. Aug. 9-11:47 a.m. Aug. 10: tan purse valued at $20 stolen from home; investigation ongoing. 
  • 704 S. Memorial Drive, 11:30 a.m. Aug. 9: one Pepsi valued at $2 stolen from CVS; case inactive. 
  • 1800 block Quail Ridge Road, 11:52 a.m. Aug. 9: one Ruger pistol valued at $400 stolen from vehicle; case inactive. 
  • 3040 Evans St., 6:14 p.m. Aug. 9: eleven articles of baby clothing and one Nest camera, all valued at $287.99, stolen from Target; arrest made. 

Assaults

  • 200 block Lindbeth Drive, 5:43 p.m. Aug. 9: 25-year-old man assaulted at home by family member; minor injuries reported; investigation ongoing. 
  • 700 block South Skinner Street, 8:50 p.m. Aug. 9: 62-year-old woman assaulted at home by boyfriend; no injuries reported; arrest made. 
  • 1200 block Masters Lane, 9:03 p.m. Aug. 9: 47-year-old woman assaulted at home by spouse; no injuries reported; case inactive. 
  • 500 block Vance Street, 9:36 a.m. Aug. 10: 59-year-old man assaulted at home by girlfriend; no injuries reported; case inactive. 
  • 1100 block North Memorial Drive, 7:32 p.m. Aug. 10: 27-year-old man assaulted with a knife; no injuries reported; investigation ongoing. 
  • 2100 block East Fire Tower Road, 2:17 a.m. Aug. 11: 24-year-old woman assaulted; minor injuries reported; investigation ongoing. 
  • 1200 block Holden Drive, 2:58 a.m. Aug. 11: 44-year-old woman assaulted at home by friend; minor injuries reported; case inactive. 
  • 500 block South Square Drive, near Winterville, 3:46 a.m. Aug. 11: 28-year-old woman assaulted at home by boyfriend; minor injuries reported; investigation ongoing. 
  • 3200 block Moseley Drive, 6:54 a.m. Aug. 11: 45-year-old woman assaulted at home by boyfriend; minor injuries reported; arrest made. 
  • 1800 block Kennedy Circle, 12:45 p.m. Aug. 11: 18-year-old woman assaulted by boyfriend; minor injuries reported; investigation ongoing. 

Property Damage 

  • 800 block Mumford Road, 6:20-6:25 p.m. Aug. 9: 2012 white Nissan Maxima sustained $500 in damages; arrest made. 
  • 1300 block Ward Street, 9-9:08 a.m. Aug. 10: two windows of home sustained $150 in damages from known person; investigation ongoing. 
  • 100 block Larkin Lane, 11:04 a.m. Aug. 10: 1997 red Ford Ranged sustained $100 in damages from known person; case inactive. 
  • 100 block North Elm Street, 9 p.m. Aug. 10-11:30 a.m. Aug. 11: 2016 gray Ford Mustang sustained $25,000 in damages; investigation ongoing. 
  • 1000 block Cortland Road, 10:04 p.m. Aug. 11: 2019 black Kia Optima sustained $100 in damages from a knife; arrest made. 

Pitt County 

The sheriff’s office released reports Monday with the following details and allegations:

  • 5700 block East Blount Street, near Fountain, 9:30 p.m. Aug. 10-8 a.m. Aug. 11: wallet valued at $75 and $15 in cash stolen from vehicle; case active. 
  • 5800 block East Smith Street, near Fountain, 9:30 p.m. Aug. 10-8 a.m. Aug. 11: one purse valued at $30, one wallet valued at $75 and $15 in cash stolen from home; case active. 

Assaults

  • 2600 block Joe Gardner Road, near Grifton, 3 a.m.-3:49 p.m. Aug. 11: 50-year-old woman assaulted; minor injuries reported; case active. 
  • 1700 block Porter Road, 11:12-11:22 p.m. Aug. 11: 36-year-old man assaulted at home by spouse; no injuries reported; case cleared: victim refused to cooperate. 
  • 1800 block Fred Drive, 12:45-1 a.m. Aug. 11: 39-year-old man assaulted at home by girlfriend; no injuries reported; case cleared: victim refused to cooperate.
