Car reported stolen from doctor's office

A black 2009 Toyota Corolla was stolen from a local doctor's office between 12:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m. according to a Greenville Police Department incident report.

The alleA Goldsboro woman reported that someone stole her car Monday while it was parked at a doctor's office, according to a Greenville Police Department report.

The black 2009 Toyota Corolla was stolen at Greenville OB/GYN, 101 Bethesda Drive, between 12:30 p.m.-2:45 p.m., the report said.

It appears the woman left her car with the keys in it, Greenville police spokeswoman Kristen Hunter said. Hunter said it's possible the car was repossessed.

The case remains under investigation. The car is valued at $2,000.

1800 block Rhondo Drive, 8 p.m. Aug. 11-2 p.m. Aug. 12; Honda Accord entered at care facility; nothing stolen; case inactive.

2200 block Bellamy Circle, 12:35 a.m. Aug. 12: Black PlayStation 4 and gold PlayStation 4 controller valued at $460 stolen from home; case inactive.

1900 block Sherwood Drive, 11 a.m.-1:26 p.m. Aug. 12: $500 cash, hand tools and radar detector valued at $140 stolen from vehicles; investigation ongoing.

3200 block Sherwood Drive, 11 p.m. Aug. 11-1 p.m. Aug. 13: Mitsubishi tampered with in order to steal; case inactive.


1100 block Douglas Ave., 2:18 a.m. Aug. 13: 21-year-old woman suffered minor injuries when known person grabbed her; arrest made.

1200 block Park West Drive, 2:20 p.m. Aug. 6: 22-year-old woman assaulted at home; no injuries reported; case inactive.

2700 block Stantonsburg Road, 11:04 p.m. Aug. 6: 21-year-old man assaulted at home by known person; no injuries reported; case inactive.

900 block Persimmon Place; 6 a.m. Aug. 11-9 p.m. Aug. 12: indecent exposure reported in roadway; investigation ongoing.

5000 block Tori Lane, near Washington, N.C., 12:59 p.m. Aug. 12: Home entered; no items reported stolen; case cleared.

1800 block Progress Road, 3:25 p.m. June 16 and midnight July 16: company gas card from Hardware Specialties stolen by employee and used multiple times; investigation ongoing.


2000 block Elks Road, 9:26 p.m. Aug. 12: 61-year-old man assaulted by girlfriend; minor injuries reported; warrants obtained; investigation ongoing.
