■ English Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 101 Arthur St., will host a Father, Son and Holy Ghost program at 4 p.m. Sunday with Eldress Sheryl Smith, Evangelist Tammy Edwards-Pugh and Eldress Angela Phillips.

■ Sycamore Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1001 Hooker Road, will host the 2019 Women's Day Kickoff from 10 a.m.-noon today with the Rev. LaVerna G. Parker. The theme is “Women Empowered by the Holy Spirit.” Refreshments will be served. Participants are asked to bring a purse filled with women's toiletries to be donated to Community Crossroads Center.
