D.H. Conley and J.H. Rose swimming teams wrapped up the 2018-19 season at the 3-A state championship finals held at Triangle Aquatics Center in Cary Friday night.

JHR’s girls squad finished 11th with 78 points, highlighted by Madeline Smith winning the title in the 100 freestyle, finishing with a time of 50.83. She also placed second in the 200 free with a time of 1:50.76. Rose’s boys team 15th with 54 points.

Conley’s boys team finished fourth overall with 160 points. Trevor Torres led the way for the Vikings, finishing third in the 100 free (47.41) and fourth in the 50 free with a time of 21.27. DHC’s girls team finished 13th with a total of 50 points. 

South Central’s girls team finished 18th with 26 points in the 4-A finals.
