Stop printing EBT cards and illegal immigration ceases to exist. Global warming would take a hit too....

Tell me a little about yourself.

"I'm 83 years old, I run 15 miles a week, I'm not fast, but I have run in a lot of 5Ks. No matter how slow you are, you can always find company."

What is your wife like?

"She is sweet, kind, considerate. She loves me, but that doesn't say much about her judgment."

How did you meet?

"I was a nursing home administrator and I found her on the staff. I stole her. I saw her pushing a medicine cart down the hall and she had my interest immediately. Actually, it was here in Greenville."

What is it like being a grandparent?

"Oh, it's great. You can take them for a walk and hand them right back."

If you had any advice for anyone, what would it be?

"Marry the right person."

How do you know?

"You don't know, marriage is a gamble."
