A DOG’S JOURNEY — A reincarnated dog embarks on a lifelong quest to watch over its owner's young granddaughter. (1 hour, 48 minutes) Rated PG.

*ALADDIN — A street urchin teams up with a wisecracking genie to save an exotic kingdom from an evil sorcerer. (2 hours, 8 minutes) Rated PG.

AVENGERS: ENDGAME — The remaining Avengers — Thor, Black Widow, Captain America, Iron Man and Bruce Banner — must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown with Thanos, the evil demigod who decimated the planet and the universe. (3 hours, 1 minute) Rated PG-13.

*BOOKSMART — Booksmart is an unfiltered comedy about high school best friends and the bonds we create that last a lifetime. Capturing the spirit of our times, the film is a coming of age story for a new generation. (1 hour, 45 minutes) Rated R.

POMS — A woman moves to a retirement community and forms a cheerleading squad with her fellow residents. (1 hour, 31 minutes) Rated PG-13.

*THE COLD BLUE — 75 years Ago, They Saved The World. THE COLD BLUE is a meditation on youth, war and trauma, and stands as a tribute to one of the world’s great filmmakers and the men of the 8th Air Force who flew mission after suicidal mission in the Second World War. (1 hour, 35 minutes) Not rated.

THE HUSTLE — Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson star as female scam artists, one low rent and the other high class, who team up to take down the dirty rotten men who have wronged them. (1 hour, 34 minutes) Rated PG-13.

THE INTRUDER — A psychological thriller about a young married couple who buys a beautiful Napa Valley house on several acres of land only to find that the man they bought it from refuses to let go of the property. (1 hour, 24 minutes) Rated PG-13.

THE SUN IS ALSO A STAR — College-bound romantic Daniel Bae and Jamaica-born pragmatist Natasha Kingsley meet—and fall for each other—over one magical day amidst the fervor and flurry of New York City. (2 hours) Rated PG-13.

TOLKIEN — As a young student, J.R.R. Tolkien finds love, friendship and artistic inspiration among a group of fellow outcasts. These early life experiences soon inspire Tolkien to write the classic fantasy novels "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings." (1 hour, 52 minutes) Rated PG-13.
