Home Builders Supply Co. of Greenville recently was recognized as a “Best of Customer Service” award winner on Houzz, a leading platform for home remodeling and design.

Since 1948, Home Builders Supply Co. has been a resource for construction materials and design services in Greenville and eastern North Carolina. Home Builders Supply was chosen by the more than 35 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than one million home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.

“Anyone building, remodeling or decorating looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals,” Liza Hausman, vice president of industry marketing for Houzz, said in a news release. “We’re so pleased to recognize Home Builders Supply, voted one of our “Best Of” professionals by our enormous community of homeowners and design enthusiasts actively remodeling and decorating their homes.”

The Best of Houzz is awarded annually in three categories: design, customer service and photography. Customer service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2015.

A “Best Of Houzz 2016” badge will appear on winners’ profiles as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals in every metro area on Houzz.

“We are so proud of the work our senior kitchen and bath designer, Holly Stevens, has done over the years,” Gray Blount, owner and vice president of Home Builders Supply Co., said. “This award just validates our company’s overall dedication to provide superior service, and Holly is certainly a great example of that.”

Home Builders Supply Co. has been serving professional contractors and homeowners since 1948 and has locations in Greenville (2000 Dickinson Ave.) and Wilson (310 S. Lodge St.) with a new Kitchen and Bath Design Center in the Wilson office.

Home Builders Supply Co. also owns Inner Banks Paint and Decorating, a Benjamin Moore Signature Store, at 2025-A Eastgate Drive.
