Pecheles Toyota receives 2017 President’s Award, SET Elite Award

Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. has named Pecheles Toyota as a recipient of the 2017 President’s Award and SET Elite Award.
The President’s Award honors those Toyota dealerships that excel in all facets of their operations. To qualify for even basic consideration, selected dealerships must meet or exceed the standard in all areas of dealership performance including: sales satisfaction, service satisfaction, market share, vehicle delivery excellence, and employee certification.
Pecheles Toyota received the President’s Award honor for the ninth time in the past eleven years. They are one of only a few dealers in North Carolina to earn this distinction. In the Toyota world, it is one of the highest honors a dealership can receive, and it’s reserved for only a select few each year. It is recognition for dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best.

Bill Fay, senior vice president of Automotive Operations for Toyota of North America recently congratulated everyone company-wide by stating “2017 was a remarkable year of accomplishments. Toyota has been recognized as the No. 1 retail brand for the sixth year running, No. 1 selling passenger car for the 16th year running, along with the No. 1 selling SUV’s and certified pre-owned vehicles. Much of our success is driven by the hard work and dedication of our dealerships.”
Pecheles Toyota in Washington is one of four dealerships that make up the Pecheles Automotive Group. All four locations have received similar awards from their respective brands.
