Kendall joins LBA’s in-house marketing team
LBA Group, Inc. is growing its group marketing resources with the appointment of Paul Kendall as web developer. Kendall will focus on continuing to build the LBA brand with strategic technical and creative development of its web presence.
Kendall brings more than10 years’ experience providing frontline web and IT support for major institutions in healthcare and higher education. Kendall also spent time creating motion graphics for the entertainment industry, working on special effects projects for TV shows such as “Smallville” and “Vampire Diaries”.
“LBA is a technology business and Paul not only has strong technical and creative talents critical for continuing to develop our digital platforms, but it helps him understand our specialized target audiences as we deploy the latest features and tools,” LBA Marketing Director Carolyn Linton said.
Kendall holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in visual communication. Prior to LBA, he served as a web developer for the UNC School of Medicine working on a number of long-term projects including transitioning all School of Medicine web platforms to a new content management system. Prior to this he worked at the N.C. State University McKimmon Center assisting clients giving presentations on IT related issues. It was earlier in his career that he worked in Los Angeles using software to create special effects for TV shows.
“I love technology and helping others make the most out of the tools currently available and I’m excited about several of the projects we’re already working on,” Kendall said.
Kendall lives in Greenville and when he is not using the latest technology to create cutting edge web platforms, he enjoys some rather low-tech leisure time. He loves spending time hiking in Goose Creek State Park and other area parks surrounding Greenville.
