Kohan joins APG-ENC in new audience development post

Nathan Kohan has been named regional circulation and audience director for Adams Publishing Group-ENC, President and Publisher Robin L. Quillon announced.
Kohan will oversee circulation, marketing and distribution operations for all the company's print and digital editions.
“We are fortunate to have found someone of Nathan’s caliber to join us at such a critical time, where growing our circulation and improving customer service remain paramount objectives,” Quillon said.
In his new role, Kohan will coordinate delivery and logistics, build circulation and manage customer care.
He will be based in Greenville and will work closely with associates at The Daily Reflector in Greenville, The Rocky Mount Telegram, The Elizabeth City Daily Advance and non-daily newspapers in Hertford, Edenton, Windsor, Williamston, Ayden-Grifton, Farmville, Snow Hill and Keenansville.
Kohan brings a wealth of experience to the post including:
A year as fleet manager for Payless Car Rental at Pittsburgh International Airport.
Three years as district manager supervising 85 carriers for The Tribune-Democrat in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
A year as customer service/sales and marketing manager for The Tribune-Democrat and Cumberland Times-News in Johnstown and Cumberland, Maryland, where he was responsible for the company’s customer service hub, Newspapers in Education and telemarketing.
A year as director of audience development for The Tribune-Democrat, responsible for the circulation department.
A year as regional director of audience development and marketing for The Tribune-Democrat and Cumberland Times-News, responsible for both circulation departments and logistics from the print site in Johnstown to Cumberland.

Kohan, 27, moved to Greenville from Johnstown with his wife, Lauren, and two cats. He started on July 8.
