ROME, Ga. (AP) — Contractors are being sought for a massive distribution center being planned in the northwest Georgia city of Rome, which could bring hundreds of new jobs to the region.
Plans for the distribution center known as Project River have been in the works, but the corporation behind the project has been a mystery.
