
Festival lineup announced today
Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, Weezer, Avett Brothers confirmed for Bonnaroo 2010

Organizers for Bonnaroo Music and Arts festival began announcing their initial artist lineup for the 2010 festival at noon Tuesday, starting with the confirmation that North Carolina-born Avett Brothers will perform at the Tennessee event.
Also announced were Stevie Wonder Jay-Z, Kings of Leon, Dave Matthews Band, a special performance of "Dark Side of the Moon" with The Flaming Lips, Stardeath and White Dwarfs, Weezer, Norah Jones, Regina Spetktor, Rise Against, Tori Amos, The Dead Weather, Tenacious D, The Black Keys, Blues Traveler, Steve Martin & the Steep Canyon Rangers, OK Go, GWAR, Dr. Dog, Medeski Martin and Wood, John Fogerty, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Ingrid Michaelson, Phoenix, The XX, Mayer Hawthorne and The County, Wale, Bassnectar, Monte Montgomery, Punch Brothers, Thievery Corporation, She & Him, Jimmy Cliff, Tokyo Police Club, Kid Cudi, Japanroids, Baaba Maal, Neon Indian, Zac Brown Band, The National, John Prine, Dave Rawlings Machine, Local Natives, Dropkick Murphys, Manchester Orchestra, Jeff Beck, Jay Electronica, The Postelles, Carolina Chocolate Drops. Artists' names were revealed through MySpace and Twitter every six minutes from noon to nearly 9 p.m.
The 2010 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will be held June 10-13 in Manchester, Tenn. Tickets went on sale Tuesday.
