Arecent “Mom Confessions” study has revealed this “shocking” secret: One in every 10 mothers wishes her child was the opposite sex.

Nearly two-thirds of women who admitted this were moms of boys, according to this TODAY.com and Parenting.com survey of more than 25,000 moms.

As the mother of two boys (and no girls), I find it hard to believe that anyone would find this “shocking.” My own “mom confession” is that I used to be one of them.
