Dennis Rodman and the Harlem Globetrotters were in North Korea this week enjoying “epic feasts” with leader Kim Jong-un, according to The Associated Press.

I can almost hear Meadowlark Lemon and Curly Neal asking, “Why didn’t we think of that?”

Neal, with his shiny head and magical basketball handling, and Lemon, known as the “Clown Prince,” were the Globetrotters’ biggest stars when I was a kid. I got to meet both of those legendary players during my senior year of high school.
