A convicted drug dealer this week was sentenced to 11 years in prison on charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana in Pitt County.
According to a news release issued Wednesday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, McKinley Gastelum Fogg, 30, of Kinston was sentenced to 132 months in prison by a federal judge in Raleigh. Fogg’s prison sentence will be followed by five years of supervised release.
The release said that Fogg first came to the attention of local law enforcement in 2010 after information was received regarding his illegal drug sales in several counties in eastern North Carolina.
