- Guillermo Arano, 31, 2203 Johnson Mill Road, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense for Aug. 28 offenses.
- Lena Midgett Barnes, 39, 209 Paris Ave., felony conspiracy and simple assault for December 10, 2009 offenses.
- Bobby Ray Barrett, 41, 3971 S. Main St., Farmville, obtaining property by false pretense, forgery of instrument and attempted uttering of forged instrument for May 2 offenses.
- Pamela Fay Boyd, 56, 3306 S. Evans St., Apt. 12, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and possession drug paraphernalia for April 2, 2010 offenses.
- Jose Alberto Castillo, 32, 1447 Jasper Road, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense for Aug. 28 offenses.
- Matthew Cox, 55, 441 Channel Drive, Winterville, three counts selling heroin, two counts possession drug paraphernalia and two counts delivering heroin for May 13, 2010-June 2, 2010 offenses.
- Melvin Earl Edwards Jr., 27, 206 Commerce St., first-degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon for April 26, 2008 offenses.
- Tierras Shadon Evans, 29, 3710 Wright Drive, Farmville, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, selling marijuana, delivering marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, selling cocaine and delivering cocaine for May 6, 2010-Sept. 12, 2010 offenses.
- Tonya Layton Gaskins, 26, 1400 E. 10th St., Apt. 7, selling schedule III controlled substance and delivering schedule III controlled substance for Sept. 30, 2009, offenses.
- Melissa Diaz Gilliam, 42, 910 Benjamin Drive, malicious assault in secret and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury for May 13 offenses.
- Bobby Ray Grizzard III, 17, 6218 N.C. 43 N., Fountain, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and larceny of firearm for July 12 offenses.
- Scott Patrick Ham, 39, 4260 Whaley Road, Grifton, two counts felony larceny for July 14 and 26 offenses.
- Demaris M. Hardy, 19, 3313 Kings Crossroads, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and larceny of firearm for July 12 offenses.
- Randall Scott Jordan, 42, 5640 U.S. 70 E., New Bern, habitual impaired driving, first and second count for Sept 10 offense.
- John L. Kelly, 38, 3228 S. Easen St., Fountain, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny for March 10 offenses.
- John Channon Manning, 17, 91 Pine Straw Lane, Pinetops, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and larceny of firearm for July 12 offenses.
- Bobby Lee Melton, 48, 3751 Goldsboro Run, Farmville, two counts breaking and entering, two counts larceny after breaking and entering, two counts injury to real property, assault with dangerous weapon, larceny of motor vehicle and obtain property by false pretense for Oct. 27, 2010 and Oct. 29, 2010 offenses.
- Antonio Larenzo Midgett, 23, 209 Paris Ave., assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury for Dec. 10, 2009 offenses.
- Michael David Mizelle, 23, 1276 Andrew Long Road, Jamesville, six counts breaking and entering motor vehicle, injury to personal property, possession marijuana up to half an ounce, possession drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor larceny and possession of controlled substance on prison or jail premises for April 26 offenses.
- Jerress Devone Moore, 33, 3407 Steps Drive, Farmville, conspire to sell cocaine, conspire to deliver cocaine, two counts possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, selling cocaine and delivering cocaine for Aug 19, 2010 offenses.
- Darrell Leontra Morris, 20, 245 Paladin Drive, Apt. 5, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury for Dec. 26, 2009 offenses.
- George Jerome Morris, 49, 2920-B Kinsey Loop, Winterville, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense for Nov. 20 offenses.
- Stephen Michael Myers, 47, 121 Fallin Blvd., Apt. B-7, Goldsboro, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and possession drug paraphernalia for March 11 offenses.
- Carlos Pena, 47, 116 Laughinghouse Road, felony larceny, felony possession stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense for Aug. 28 offenses.
- James Dallas Smith Jr., 33, 1530 Cameron Langston Road, Kinston, felony possession stolen goods for May 20 offense.
- Joseph Thomas Smith, 76, 3527 Red Tip Lane Farmville, felony possession stolen goods for June 22 offense.
- Crystal Nixon Solis, 29, 660 Moores Lane, Grimesland, felony hit and run, driving while license revoked, failure to reduce speed and fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag for Oct. 23, 2009, offenses.
- Willie Ray Wiggins, 40, 7532 U.S. 264, Farmville, obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor possession stolen goods for April 30 offenses.
- Dennis Ray Williams, 33, 533 Brighton Park, Apt. 5, felony larceny, attempted obtain property by false pretense and larceny from construction site for Aug. 9 offenses.
- Elijah Dwayne Williams, 21, 2226 Slate Lane, felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and felony possession stolen goods for May 26 offenses.
- Lisa Tadlock Williams, 46, 1166 Johnson Drive, Williamston, four counts breaking and entering motor vehicle, four counts misdemeanor larceny, three counts unlawfully obtaining credit card, obtain property by false pretense and financial card fraud for April 23-25 offenses.
- Kenneth Lee Wilson, 41, 4120 Kittrell Farm Road, Apt. 4, obtain property by false pretense for March 18 offense.
