Police recovered property stolen from two Greenville businesses last week after apprehending men attempting to steal merchandise from a third business.

According to a news release issued Tuesday, Greenville Police Department officers responded a larceny in progress at the T.J. Maxx clothing store, 3040 Evans St., on Feb. 2.

They found 27-year-old Keyshawn Hall of 900 Heath St. hiding in his car in the parking lot of the University Commons shopping center. Hall’s roommate, 22-year-old Steven Allen Razor Jr., was caught near a vacant Arby’s at 128 S.W. Greenville Blvd. as he was attempting to run away.
