Eleven new attorneys were sworn the Pitt County Courthouse this week as members of the Pitt County Bar Association.

The is held each year association President Robert C. Kemp III said. Four of the attorneys completed their undergraduate degrees at East Carolina University.


Kemp and other officials, including Pitt County Sheriff Neil Elks and Senior Resident Superior Court Judge W. Russell Duke Jr., welcomed new attorneys.
