An employee of a fast-food restaurant embezzled more than $850 by stealing the store's bank deposit, the Greenville Police Department reported Wednesday.
The theft, totaling $879.82, occurred sometime between 4 p.m. May 29 and 4 p.m. May 30 at the Burger King at 2401 N. Memorial Drive, reports stated.
One suspect is believed responsible. No arrests have been made. The case is under investigation.
