Detectives with the Greenville Police Department are asking the public for help to identify a man they believe broke into vending machines and washers.

Surveillance footage caught a suspect using a pry bar to open two arcade games and two washing machines and steal money about 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 19 at the Wash House, 1898 S.E. Greenville Blvd.

The man caused more than $2,000 in damage to the machines and stole an undetermined amount of cash. He also destroyed a bubble gum machine and took the money in it.
