Greenville police on Wednesday released more information and provided descriptions of two suspects in the robbery of a homeless man.
The men are suspected of taking $75 from Casey Lascallette, 25, about 8 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Dickinson and Raleigh avenues, a news release said. Lascallette told police he lived in Tent City, a homeless encampment off Memorial Drive.
Lascallette told officers he was in the area to visit friends. He had been to the Mid Town Grocery and two men called to him as he was walking out. One of the men pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at him and said "give me all your money."
