Update: University to hold vigil Thursday

The Office of Greek Life at ECU announced a tentative time and date for a vigil in honor of the student who died today.

A vigil in the memory of Jonathon Bennett, 21, will be held tentatively at 9 p.m. on Thursday at the Student Memorial Gardens on main campus, between the Erwin Building and Ledonia Wright Cultural Center.

Hope a BIG lawsuit by the family for the

construction company who left this at the apartment complex. So sad, and yep he was sober! Did nothing wrong and doing a typical walk along a tree when branch broke. Go for the lawsuit, as this should never have been left a year or so after the building site.
