Greenville police on Thursday charged two with drug offenses following a dispute at an apartment complex.

Officers responded shortly after 10 a.m. to a dispute in the New Town Housing complex, 700-C W. 14th St.

Upon arrival, the officers found Kevin Dwayne Williams Jr., 29, and Veronica Nichelle Barrett, 22, engaged in a dispute with another resident who had reported that Barrett’s two-year-old child was wandering around the apartment’s parking lot unsupervised.
